    Made a mistake and booked twice for the same day. It was non-refundable one. Puerta de Segovia was very helpful and agreed to cancel it with out penalty. Greatly appreciated!

    A large hotel in need of updating. Free parking is a bonus. Beds ok but pillows very uncomfortable. Room in general including bathroom is dated. Bus stop at 5-7 mins walk and takes you to centre of Segovia.
