    Good hotel, very clean. The room we were in was quite small, for a double. For a short stay like ours it was more than enough, but longer stays can be challenging. Specially if you have luggage, the location of the hotel is not very friendly although close to the metro station (you need to go up a street to get there).

    Don't even have kettle for the basic room. Only book if you want to stay for 1 night. It's cheap for a reason

    I found the reception staff to be okay not super helpful and friendly. They don't go above and beyond and put the guest first and I noticed a couple of times they are gathered talking and on their phones. I think they need some hotel training around how to give good customer service to guests and go above and beyond which hotels need to be doing to ensure guests come back due to all the competition.
