It's a really nice hotel, situated in the business district, close to our meetings.
The room was stiflingly hot and the aircon couodn't be turned on. There was a heater going in the bathroom that couldn't be turned down or off. It was too noisy outside to have the window open.

I stayed with a friend throughout new years. Location is excellent super close to the Bernabéu stadium and Nuevos Ministerios. Amenities, cleanliness and employees all great and super friendly!
Breakfast was unfortunately very mediocre and disappointing and the new years menu on the 31st was incredibly cheap for a very basic meal.

Loved the room, the lobby, the friendly staff at the reception desk
The way breakfast was handled! The staff was rude, unfriendly, slow. Most of the times there was food missing on the buffet table (jamon, soy milk, bread, sweets, apple juice...) and then the cutlery (missing plates, bowls, fork/nives/spoons...) and they were not even managing to clean the tables so people were waiting a lot. All of that spoiled an otherwise great feeling of the hotel. Not to mention, we were not even able to order from the a-la-carte menu as the staff was too busy catching up with it all... :(
