Stately, grand hotel, well appointed, with professional, cheerful and helpful staff. We stayed here a few days extra because we liked it so much.We loved our room that looked out on a lovely, little street, Great breakfast & restaurant for lunch/dinner.

A beautiful period hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The mattress was too hard.
The pillows were not comfortable.
The room was beautiful, however, there was not even one chair to relax on! Unbelievable!
The toilet paper was cheap and painful.
Not what we were expecting from such a hotel!

The hotel is beautiful. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had plenty of options. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
