Very nice hotel. The rooms are new and mine included a jacuzzi (which I used twice in three nights). It is also located in the city center, very close to the university

Location and close proximity to the cathedral.
There was considerable noise early in the morning ing from people returning from the siderias.

It was central.
There is no bar and no restaurant on site. The breakfast was particularly poor. The bread was not covered so the pre made sandwiches dried up and were curling up dried with crustiness. There was no fresh bread for toast. Many of the strawberries were manky and mouldy.
