The location is fantastic - very close to the Muntaner train station. You can also walk to Placa de Catalunya. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.
There are lot of random steps at the hotel (at the entrance, few within the rooms) which requires you to lift your suitcases. Check-in experience could be better as it currently requires the guests to do an online check-in including document upload.

Friendly receptionists. Clean room with basic kitchen facilities. Quiet location and close to the train station.
For the rates charged, at least coffee capsules & tea bags (which wouldn't cost much) should have been provided.
