Exe Mitre

The hotel is in a lovely residential area with a 12 minute direct access to Barcelona centre via L7 which was a 2 minute walk. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, it was a pleasant surprise to receive made up beds and towels daily. The shower facilities were fabulous. I enjiyed the str ong pressre each time it was used

The only downside to my stay was there were no hot drink facilities in the room and having to pay for the water in the fridge. My expectations were that water should have been complimentary. The beds were well made up, giving the impression of firmness when it was sat on...however, I struggle to get comfortable sleep throughout my 3 night stay..Sadly the mattress rolled with my body movement throughout the night..in fairness I am referring to a twin bed. The continental breakfast was a bit lacking and pricey fortunately for us we discovered 365 pastry/coffee shop over the road which served as the perfect breskfast station.

The staff were nice and welcoming and the rooms were clean and oh I loved the location too

Peaceful area, good internet for work. Supermarket next to hotel.

The washroom door does not fully seal the entrance, which compromises privacy. The air in the room feels slightly stuffy, even with the air conditioning running.
