The residence has direct access to ski slopes
The building in quite old (old rooms, old forniture). The receptionist is kind, but you only see her for the check in / check out. The staff is generally approximate

Amazing location, true ski 2 door. Price was also very good. It was clean as well. Shop was very convenient and prices were not crazy.
Room was too small. Very uncomfortable sofa. Plenty of equipment falling apart (like shower cabin). Walls not sound proof making difficult to sleep rest giving loud neighbours.

Price and location are great ROI if you can handle modest and bare minimum
Perfect location with seconds away from the slopes to the first short gondola. Night skiing on Thursday and you can enjoy the Marilleva - Folgarida ski on the 65km of slopes without the hassle of going to Madonna di Campiglio since time spent going and returning is better spend on the slopes near the apartment.
Overall cleanliness, the staff should check the apartments with a precise eye - we found a couple of integral bread packaging that were covered in mold inside the cupboard. Mold is found at the contact of windows and walls due to condensation of water and the fact that the windows are metal. Other than that, if you are ill there is no heating during the day and it returns around 3 PM, one hour before the slopes close.
