Great price to quality

Super friendly host. The spacious room with a complimentary snacks, drinks and water that was really nice. Room is not super modern, but it was clean and really good for this price. Parking at the street, but it plenty of place.

Very clean and the proprietor was very obliging as I arrived late. The room was basic and clean, all that I required. I did not have breakfast but there was a continental breakfast available.

You get what you see. Nice for an overnight stay with nice hosts.

Parking and check in were very easy. It is very affordable for north of Italy and it's close to the city center by car. Hosts were very professional and kind. There were fridge and the washing machine in the room. You get exactly what you see, and there's really nothing to complain about if you are aware of what's waiting for you. We had no negative experiences.

The room looked outdated and it would benefit from the renovation. On the other end it was good enough for a quick overnight stay, or maybe a 2-3 nights stay. I believe the price is corrected for these inconveniences.

The hosts were extremally welcoming and nice. Location in a quiet part of the town. The room equipped in a simple but sufficient way. Everything clean and fresh. A fridge and kettle were available in the room. In general worth recommendation!

Nice and cosy room, comfortable bed, very clean! The room got also a private toilet, a fridge, TV and washing machine. On our arrival in the room there was also a plate full of fruits, a bottle of water, coffee and tea, some snacks. The owner was really nice and friendly.

Déception

L'accueil vraiment très sympathique de l'hôte. La proximité du centre de Brescia pour visiter. Le petit-déjeuner.

L'annonce ne laisse pas imaginer qu'il s'agit d'un logement en sous-sol sans fenêtre. Il ne s'agit pas d'une salle de bain, le lavabo est un bac à linge. Le plus dérangeant est l'état de la literie : matelas et oreillers tachés d'aureoles jaunes.

Colazione e posizione per il prezzo sono ok, ma non il fatto che non ci siano finestre in camera!

Buona l’accoglienza. Purtroppo l‘alloggio è situato nel piano interrato. Le foto pubblicate, grazie alla presenza di una tenda sulla porta del „bagno“,suggeriscono la presenza di una finestra che invece non c’è. Scarsa la pulizia, odore di muffa e umidità anche nelle lenzuola. Come spesso accade, le valutazioni che Booking.com pubblica non valgono niente. Il gestore per la stanza chiede un prezzo veramente basso, ma dovrebbe Booking.com pretendere piú onestà nella descrizione dell’alloggio, in questo caso la mancanza di finestre!!!

Soggiorno piacevole, silenzioso, molta privacy

Letto comodo, spazioso, belle coperte pesanti e calde. C’è un tavolo comodo dove potersi sedere per mangiare, inoltre viene offerta una bottiglia d’acqua ed piccola colazione con brioche confezionate, the, e qualche frutto. Molto positiva presenza del frigo, specchio grande e tv.

Un poco di Sbalzo termico per usufruire dei servizi igienici, ma tutto sommato nulla di grave. Se si volesse migliorare il servizio: se ci fosse anche un asciugacapelli, per il prezzo, sarebbe top ☺️
