The hotel is very close to Milan central station (2-4 min walk), through room is small, but well organised, the bathroom is excellent and extremely clean. Pleasant surprise was the free 2 bottle of water in the fridge.

The location was the best part of the stay... Just 4 min walking distance from central Train staition...so going and coming back was super easy.. The staff was superrb and helped in bast possible way they could..The pantry is located in the reception area, so ease in getting things one needs..
The rooms were small but with everything so good it was manageble

Great location right by the central station. Overall pretty clean.
Pretty much mediocre... mediocre service, mediocre facilities, really nothing outstanding. Self-checkin website didn't work and we had to wait quite long at the counter for the stuff to do the check-in for us.
