CSI Group - Hotel Metropoli

Room was specious and comfortable, location was good but on the first day room attendant didn’t clean the room properly, we place Do Not Disturb before going outside but when return room in the evening we found room been accessed, staff unable to give us clear explanation, we found out later by ourselves that if you remove key card from the key card socket inside the room before leaving the Do Not Disturb sign will off which is seems not make sense because we should take the key card when leave the room. There are many properties located in the same building for your consideration.

This is basic hotel close to Milano Centrale. Sorry we arrived late so forgot to take the photos of room. Overall it was a good stay. Room was nice and clean and equipped with all amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. The entry point to hotel is little bit weird and has weird smell on ground level. The lift is slightly small and bit fidley. The hotel is located on third floor so doesn't affect the stay. Located at handy place, bus train, tram, metro station everything is handy and within walking distance. We didn't had breakfast but it didn't look too exciting. I will recommend this one for shorter stay.

The hotel exterior looks old but I was surprised when I entered that just from the corridor, it was already smelling nice & so was the room. There was no carpet so you don’t get that moldy smell. It looked like the hotel was newly renovated. The room had kettle & tea bags & bottled water. It also had complete toiletries including sleepers.. Location was a big plus, very close to the train station. We arrived very late that it was convenient we didn’t need a taxi to get to the hotel. The staff were kind & nice. If I could say a not so good thing, it was the breakfast, a very ordinary one.

Everything was great specially location but the room felt suffocating although the room size was good. Strange. But the staff were awesome and very helpful.
