Hotel che ti riporta ai primi del 900. Arredamento retrò elegante. Completo di tutto. Ottima la presenza di ombrelli e kleenex all'ingresso. Giornali nel salottino e piccola biblioteca. Avendo soggiornato il fine settimana di Pasqua ho apprezzato le decorazioni pasquali in linea con l'arredamento e l'uovo di Pasqua sul tavolo colazione gentilmente offerto ad ogni camera.
La moquette in camera. Avrei gradito i kleenex in bagno

Cosy, nice interior, close to the central street. The staff were generally friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
Some of my most important expectations were not met, because the information on their Booking.com page is inaccurate.
There was no free parking provided by the hotel, contrary to what their Booking.com page says. I was lucky to get a free spot at a pizzeria’s parking nearby for the first days, but then it was taken by the pizzeria visitors and I had to park in the blue zone on the street. So free parking for visitors is NOT guaranteed.
The webpage also says there’s a spa, but it is only accessible for a rather large fee - something between 50 and 80 euros if I remember correctly. The staff told me it is a financial necessity because of COVID, which is understandable and sad, but it should be mentioned on the website. Another unmet expectation.
Most of the staff did not speak English or German, so it was hard to communicate. I wanted to ask them for some travelling tips in the area, but then I just decided to figure it out on my own.
The “do not disturb” sign on my room door was ignored.
A noisy beeping truck came to pick up rubbish bins right outside my window early in the morning so I could not sleep in.
Overall, I hoped for a nice solo vacation, but there were too many little things that were disappointing and made my stay a lot less pleasurable.
