Great breakfast, great rooftop terrace with drinks, quiet, and again…. Great staff!!!

We totally enjoy the Hotel, itself was a wonderful elegant historic 130 years old building, with affreschi on the ceilings. Mostly we loved the staff, very friendly and helpfull, we felt like being at home.

A lot of unmet expectations and unpleasant surprises.

Cosy, nice interior, close to the central street. The staff were generally friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Some of my most important expectations were not met, because the information on their Booking.com page is inaccurate. There was no free parking provided by the hotel, contrary to what their Booking.com page says. I was lucky to get a free spot at a pizzeria’s parking nearby for the first days, but then it was taken by the pizzeria visitors and I had to park in the blue zone on the street. So free parking for visitors is NOT guaranteed. The webpage also says there’s a spa, but it is only accessible for a rather large fee - something between 50 and 80 euros if I remember correctly. The staff told me it is a financial necessity because of COVID, which is understandable and sad, but it should be mentioned on the website. Another unmet expectation. Most of the staff did not speak English or German, so it was hard to communicate. I wanted to ask them for some travelling tips in the area, but then I just decided to figure it out on my own. The “do not disturb” sign on my room door was ignored. A noisy beeping truck came to pick up rubbish bins right outside my window early in the morning so I could not sleep in. Overall, I hoped for a nice solo vacation, but there were too many little things that were disappointing and made my stay a lot less pleasurable.

Lovely place to stay. All staff spoke a number of languages very well and we're very welcoming. Lovely atmosphere, great location and the pool was lovely and warm.

Hotel splendido

È un hotel storico di fine Ottocento, con camere comunque ristrutturate e funzionali, pulitissime, con cambio asciugamani giornaliero, mentre il resto dell'hotel conserva tutte le caratteristiche storiche come le volte e gli affreschi. La colazione si fa in una splendida sala e c'è una grandissima varietà e abbondanza sia di dolce (apprezzatissime le tante torte fatte in casa) sia di salato. Bellissima la terrazza al quinto piano e la sala comune vicino alla reception, così come le zone con i libri a disposizione per la lettura. Posizione centrale, è vicinissimo al centro storico e di fronte si trovano le terme di Levico.

L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione vicina alle terme, alle passeggiate verso il lago ed al centro. Ottima colazione dolce e salata. Al piano terra c'è una bella sala soggiorno con annesso bar. Per mia pigrizia non ho visitato l'area benessere. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La mia stanza singola non era particolarmente grande, ma con tutto il necessario per risultare confortevole.

Hotel storico vicino al centro, camera classica con bagno grande. Colazione buona. Spa molto bella con piscina e sauna, con ingresso riservato a poche persone quindi tranquilla.

Acqua della doccia a tratti fredda e poca potenza del getto quando più caldina. Moquette nella camera che può non piacere, anche se pulita.

Ho soggiornato per una notte all'Hotel Eden con il mio compagno e nostro figlio di 3 anni, proprio durante il periodo dei Mercatini di Natale. È stata un'esperienza molto positiva. 📍 Posizione e Accessibilità: Strategica e Ben Servita La posizione dell’hotel è assolutamente strategica: Centro Termale: È situato proprio di fronte al centro termale. A Piedi: Dista solo 10/15 minuti a piedi dalle vie del centro e dal Parco Naturale Asburgico (sede dei Mercatini di Natale). La stessa distanza permette di raggiungere il Lago di Levico per un momento di relax. Trasporti: A pochi passi dall'hotel è disponibile un trenino a pagamento che, ogni quarto d'ora, offre un comodo giro del parco termale e conduce al lago, dove si trova anche un grande parco giochi. Parcheggio: L'hotel non dispone di un parcheggio privato, ma abbiamo trovato facilmente dei posti auto liberi sul retro della struttura. 🏨 Struttura e Servizi: Eleganza e Cordialità Aspetto: La struttura è datata ma molto ben tenuta, caratterizzata da ambienti eleganti e puliti. Personale: Il team è stato disponibile e accogliente. Colazione: La colazione è stata ottima, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti, sia dolci che salati. ✨ La Vera Chicca: Area Wellness e Relax in Famiglia Il vero punto di forza per noi è stata l'Area Wellness (a pagamento). La piscina coperta e riscaldata al piano inferiore è stata perfetta: il nostro bimbo si è divertito moltissimo e noi ci siamo potuti concedere due ore di meritato relax. 🏞️ Levico Terme: Una Meta Ideale Levico Terme è un luogo carinissimo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il centro con i suoi negozietti di artigianato, i suggestivi Mercatini di Natale e il lago. È davvero il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama alpino. Ci tornerei volentieri all'Hotel Eden!

Posto magnifico. Quando si arriva e si entra in hotel sembra di entrare in un hotel di un'altra epoca, è bellissimo. Personale super attento ad ogni richiesta, educato ed accogliente. Camere pulitissime e letti sempre rifatti. Ottima la colazione!! Consiglio di fare una capatina alla piscina che si trova al livello sotterraneo, ne vale la pena!

Ottima posizione in un palazzo storico, staff cortese a atmosfera calda ed accogliente. Colazione varia e di ottima qualità soprattutto per la parte dolce. Tisana calda e biscotti disponibili gratuitamente. Camera spaziosa.

Una conferma su tutto!

La posizione è ottima è già il secondo anno che torniamo quest'anno era propio la base da dove partire per visitare tutta la valle. Anche la camera estata una sorpresa ci hanno assegnato quella più grande da 4 molto bella,la colazione internazionale semplice ma completa salata e dolce.

Unico difetto la doccia perdeva un po' di acqua non la conteneva bene
