It's a very good hotel with a posh lobby very good size restaurant, pool, areas in front besides for relaxing e good security free car parking.
All staff were nice and welcome.
I was allocated a room on 3rd floor facing the gorgeous Levico Lake. It was a nice surprise such a nice view when I opened the window in the morning.
The shower box doors slide sideways leaving a limited gap for passage. A fat person can't enter the box.

Breakfast was great, very nice pool, convenient location and super clean
My room was an old one with no air conditioning. The hotel management was fair because they advised me in advance about the room. But honestly, from a 4* hotel, I wouldn't expect old rooms like mine.
