Hotel Florence Milano

Location, A/C, comfortable bed, nice staff.

Pricy, bad price/performance ratio for a solo traveler, Milan is just overpriced by default. Could not find anything better quickly though, had to take something with A/C for 2 nights. For this price I would get a 4-5 star hotel with breakfast and wellness almost anywhere else in Europe. Here I got a 3-star room with a shower and A/C and no breakfast included. Also the towels were sticky. Felt like i dried myself with something sticky, like a sweet glue… Probably a bad detergent/solution used for washing - left some sticky layer on top of the towels.

For a 3 star accommodation in a major city, I didn't expect it to be so well presented and friendly. The room was a reasonable size and very comfortable. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also well presented, varied and enjoyable.

Nothing to dislike.

Great location, large & comfortable room.

The property was incredibly clean. The staff were very helpful and informative and advised on useful nearby places to eat/drink etc. I was only in Milan for one night on a business trip and the staff were extremely helpful as I had never been before. The location was perfect for what I needed too. Very close to transport links, but close enough too to walk into more central areas.
