For a 3 star accommodation in a major city, I didn't expect it to be so well presented and friendly. The room was
a reasonable size and very comfortable. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also well presented, varied and enjoyable.

The property was incredibly clean. The staff were very helpful and informative and advised on useful nearby places to eat/drink etc. I was only in Milan for one night on a business trip and the staff were extremely helpful as I had never been before. The location was perfect for what I needed too. Very close to transport links, but close enough too to walk into more central areas.

Staff very nice and helpful, very good breakfast, comfortable room, and good location.
The single room I booked initially (therefore my fault, not the hotel). I didn't realise single rooms were so small. But the staff helped and managed to updgrade my room for just a little additional cost, which I was happy to pay. My scores are based on the double room I got at the end, not the initial single room.
