The hospitality and warmth shown to us by every staff member at the Oberoi Cecil at Shimla was amazing. A lovely stay although short. We will certainly visit again.

Courteous staff, fast check in, neat & clean room, good toiletries, good breakfast & nice lounge.
Pick & drop to the lifts for Mall Road should be free rather it was costly.

The heritage interiors
Rooms are outdated and not worth the money.
The bathrooms are very small. Especially the shower
The overall technology experience feels back-dated now
