The room was decent and comfortable, but honestly, the location was a major drawback. The hotel is situated quite high up, and reaching it involves a steep climb. You need to be physically fit to manage the walk; otherwise, you’ll have to rely on cabs for almost every trip. Also, don’t fall for the “suite” or “view” claims without checking the exact room category and photos beforehand. My experience was that the room was okay, but there was nothing particularly special about the suite or the views. Another concern was that the hotel staff repeatedly promoted their cab services, which I found more expensive than options available outside. I’d recommend comparing prices independently before booking a cab through the hotel. Overall, I would recommend this property mainly to a group of male friends who are comfortable with steep climbs and frequent cab rides. For couples, families with children, or anyone travelling with elderly parents, I would strongly advise reconsidering this hotel, especially because of the difficult accessibility. Choose this hotel only if you’re comfortable with the location and have planned your transportation in advance.

I'm giving this place 3 stars mainly due to the complete lack of transparency from Agoda (or maybe Tripli) regarding the room views. I’ve uploaded pictures so you can see the absolute horror I walked into—this was not at all what I expected. The deluxe room only has one window, and the view is so bad that you’re forced to keep the curtains closed 24/7. The second issue was the staff's complete carelessness over basic needs. I had to ask for water bottles three separate times—once in the morning, afternoon, and night—and they simply didn’t care enough to bring them. On the positive side, the location is very good, the property itself is decent, and the manager was really helpful in arranging a taxi to the hotel on time and at a very fair price. However, the basic service, room ambience, and upfront honesty about room views still desperately need improvement.
