Breakfast is very good, a lot of range of food. The restaurant for dinner served quality food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area surrounding is beautiful.

It's in the main road and quite far from the attractions of Eifel National Park

Our family had a very pleasant stay; clean, comfortable rooms; 1st class dining; excellent staff.

Wonderful breakfast. Daily, cooked to order eggs, assorted pastries, meats, cheeses, freshly squeezed juice and delicious home made yogurt. Dinner was equally wonderful and I highly recommend dining here if you are visiting Nideggen and desiring an excellent meal. Lodging accommodations are very good. We are a family of 6, needing 3 rooms for 3 nights while attending a wedding in nearby Zülpich. We had clean, comfortable rooms and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff is both welcoming/friendly and professional, eager to make sure that our needs were taken care of. Beatrix is a wonderful host; at her suggestion we visited the castle at Burg Nideggen and had an enjoyable afternoon outing.

In room coffee service was not well maintained.

Leider gibt es zu diesem Punkt nichts zu sagen

Ich war pünktlich mit meinem Sohn vor Ort. Leider wurden wir sehr unhöflich und unfreundlich behandelt. Wie bereits beschrieben, waren keine freien Parkplätze vorhanden. Ich habe ihnen gesagt, bitte schreiben Sie Ehrlich, dass hier vor Ort keine ausreichenden Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Ein Mitarbeiter sagte mir in einem unfreundlichen Ton: „Keine Diskussion – gehen Sie nach Hause.“ Mein siebenjähriger Sohn, mein Hund und ich waren völlig verwirrt. Erst nach drei Stunden konnte ich schließlich mein Geld zurückbekommen. Der Mitarbeiter hat mir gesagt, ich könne am Ende dieser Straße parken, aber dort standen Schilder, die auf begrenzte Parkstellen hinwiesen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit hochwertigem Frühstück und freundlichem Service

Das Frühstück bot eine Auswahl hochwertiger Produkte und wurde am Tisch serviert, auf individuelle Wünsche wurde eingegangen, meine Frau erhielt sogar glutenfreie Brötchen. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung. Das Restaurant haben wir selbst nicht ausprobiert, es war jedoch stets gut besucht. Das Zimmer war sauber, großzügig geschnitten und komfortabel eingerichtet. Kostenlose Parkplätze standen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.
