The location, the room, the facilities - with one exception, see below.
The bathroom was not up to the standard we are accustomed to at Le Toeno.
The plug in the handbasin did not close properly so the basin emptied itself very quickly.
I reported this at breakfast on the first morning. The result was a 'bodged job' (English for a mess) which was no solution at all. I had to keep the hot water running all the time I was shaving.
The basin needs to have a new outlet fitted.
