Looking over the bois Vincennes!

Close to the hippodrome. Really near to the RER, supermarket around the corner. The bed is very good. The rest is like I expected for the money, a simple room, no air conditioning, normal shower. Breakfast very simple, but coffee ok. Check in 2 Pm!! Great.

In summer to hot because of no air conditioner. Water pressure is not the best. Could be cleaner. I hate housekeeping knocking early on your door. Check the status of the guest!!!!!

Rudest staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel and I’ve been everywhere. They look at you like they hate you for being here. No ac in the room, extremely hot in the summer. Shower makes a weird noise.

The 24/7 availability of the frontdesk. The kindness of the staff. The cleanliness of the room.

The car park. Really really small. No maneuverability for cars. Unsecured (free access for pedestrians all night long). The elevator (old). The scary feeling in the corridors. The noise of the street when in the bedroom.

I was promised a refund to due lack of hot water, but did not receive it.

The hotel's hot water system broke, and I had to take a freezing cold shower in winter for one night and one morning. So that morning, I went to the front desk to cancel the rest of the reservation. Even though the hotel agreed and promised me to give me a refend, they still have not refunded after multiple requests.

The location is the only thing going for it. Close to a pharmacy and a wonderful sushi place.

The pillows were stained and smelt sour and rancid. Something between bad sweat and cat urine. The bed was uncomfortable. The bedding was dirty and had hair on it. The shower curtain was stained. There were only two small satchets of shampoo, not enough to wash long hair for two people. There was no Aircon and it was boiling hot. The room smelt really bad. The worst part is it was expensive. I've stayed in places in better locations with better facilities. To pay over €60 for this was shocking. We were unable to sleep because of the smell in the bedding. We ended up going to an Airbnb nearby. I have been to 15 hotels through booking.com but will NEVER go back to this one. It's the first I have complained about. Cheap, dirty, smelly. Please don't waste your money going here. When we tried to check in there was no one at reception. We even tried calling to get their attention. We even phoned. We still waited over 10 minutes. The place smelt so bad like weird cooking smells and dirt throughout the hotel as there seemed to be a lot of long term accomodation happening. It's just really dirty and gross. I can't even be more articulate or find a better way of expressing my utter disgust.

Samuel is the best ! Vraiment nous avons aimé cet hôtel grâce à lui et nous revenons car il est là, super gentil, attentionné et bon vivant ! The GOAT !

Pas grand chose...

L'accueil on a du attendre au moins 10min avec un enfant en bas âge il était tard. La chambre il faisait un froid pire qu'au pôle nord, malgré le chauffage. Très petit, pas de télécommande, très mal insonorisé. On croyait dormir la fenêtre ouverte.

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel

L'accueil sympathique et attentionné de la part de tout le personnel, la qualité de la literie, le calme d'une chambre donnant sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner complet, la proximité de la gare RER de Joinville-le-Pont (à 5 mn à pieds) .

L'absence de chauffage dans la salle d'eau, une chambre un peu petite.

L’emplacement et les cloisons sont terribles .. vraiment naze pour dormir juste avant des examens, mauvaise chambre donné au début .. j’aurai put voler sans soucis les affaires de la femme qui était absente, petit dej vraiment limite, impossible de se garer à proximité, bref .. 113e pour une nuit c’était la dernière fois en passant par booking
