It was super spacious, great location and the hotel staff were exceptional.
The hotel rooftop pool was tiny and there was absolutely no shade so it was a hard to stay there for long.

The location was close to the beach, restaurants, the market, and train station, and the amenities, especially the air conditioning and the elevator. The room was very comfortable.
The air conditioning stopped working one night, we moved rooms and it still wasn’t working-it was a hot night, one of the staff was rude to me. The air conditioning was fixed the next morning.

On arrival we were required to pay a more than £400 deposit against damage to the room. There was absolutely no mention of this at the time we made the booking. Others checking in at the same time were as surprised as we were by this requirement. This is not a good way to treat your customers, especially as there was, ironically, already damage to the sink and the bathroom door when we arrived. We reported this of course, but it was not fixed during our stay.
