Breakfast was good it could be better

Excellent Location. Room was clean.

Make sure you indicate to guests that to enter the building after hours, the door will be locked and that you will have to pass your room key by the sensor to open the door.

The central Madrid location made the overall stay well worth the money.

Check-in Instructions & Late Arrival Fee: We arrived late (after the stated check-in deadline). The mandatory self-check-in instructions provided by the hotel were sent exclusively in Spanish. Had my travel companion not noticed this critical detail, we would have incurred an unnecessary late check-in fee, which is unacceptable given the lack of multilingual support for essential access instructions. Lack of Confirmation: We were forced to contact the hotel twice on the day of arrival to confirm that our required passport copies had been received and that our keys/access were prepared. This demonstrated a lack of proactive communication and assurance from the hotel staff. Breakfast: The included breakfast, offered via a small selection of menu items at the adjacent restaurant, was poor value for money. I would strongly advise against booking the room rate that includes this breakfast option.

Good communication, great location, room was big

No AC. They say there's like a general hotel AC, just no individual controls in the room, but this is simply not the case. We were absolutely boiling every night. Getting to sleep was very very uncomfortable.
