SECURITY BOND ISSUES

Value of the money if you gone stay for a night just because you can’t find anywhere.
They had late check in and they was staff at the property
The staff was a little confused taking payment and the beds were very uncomfortable and noise level from outside is unbearable to sleep. It was a very hot weekend we stayed at there was no AC or any sort of fan so we had nothing but to leave the windows open and the noise was just too much. The bathroom bath tub was very dirty that my sons refuse to get in for bath. And it was just limited toilet tissues that were available.

I liked the shower the mini kitchen the bed the couch but the toilet was so bad the door was so bad as it wasn’t easy everytime i tried to open it plus there was no air conditioning working

A nice place to stay
The place was spotless. There was a washing liquid with a new spoon. The only issue was the USB ports was not working. The facility is extremely quiet and dark, perfect for a restful night.

TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY
An absolute 0. This is the worst place to ever stay. Especially if you are from USA. We stayed for a week and they refused to change towels, bed sheets, and even clean our rooms. The breakfast sucks, the services were terrible and staff was hostile. When I used the laundry. My card was charged 6 times. They had 2 washers and 1 dryer for over 90 customers. I used the dryer and my clothes were not dry. I approached the manager and all she told me was that I had to keep putting my clothes back for another cycle. I used the dryer for 3 cycles for my clothes to be dried ( for a single load). Yet I was charged for the 3 cycles. On getting back to the US. I got a notification that i would forfeit my deposit because the towels were dirty (of which they were not) Please lemme give you my 2 cents. If you ever come across this property, RUN!!!!!! I still feel disgusted about my stay
staff was very very hostile our stay was miserable They charged me for for cleaning services...we were there for days..Was given only 1 soap , towels, 1 toilet paper for the week.. in the family room.for 4 guest, there was no bedsheets provided for the sofa bed I made sure I cleaned the rooms, did all dishes... This hotel is terrible...pls Do Not Stay there... I beg u in God's name Not family friendly.....

great location ,lovely spacious apartment itself,secure parking ,lovely staff,reception ppl go beyond to help you,shops and food within walking distance,u can communicate in english,very helpful,really great price compared to others similar,specially for ppl visiting diseneyland with family,cant wait to go back again
