Very bad location 20 miles from Disney Hotel reception poor English and paid for 3 night up front big mistake Very un safe area around all hotel Very small prison like rooms People are living in rooms full time! I think are asylum seekers/halfway house Kids in reception playing up and down halls 10.30/11pm at night! Food being cooked in rooms can smell up stairs and in hallways up 3rd floor Paid for three nights wanted to cancel two of those nights due to how bad this hotel was I paid in full in cash when I arrived 30 minutes later I went back down to cancel the next two nights and get a refund for two nights and was refused saying there was no access to the safe which was clearly a lie as they had access to the safe when they took my money said I had to fill a form out and could take up to 1 month to return any money which is an absolute joke Lies after lies and very poor English speaking on reception. This is a genuine review and I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel at all costs not safe at all even the area it is in and is extremely unsafe.

It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Pictures aren’t accurate. Wouldn’t even use the shower as it was so dirty. Hair and dust on the bedding. Staff sat at entrance door smoking filling the breakfast area and first floor with smoke.

I left the premises with my family. I wouldn't want my enemies to sleep here. Is this an assylum shelter? I did not feel save here. Pay a bit more and go to Novotel, so did I.

No AC, rooms are too small. We booked for two nights, but after checking into the hotel, we decided to stay only for one night and cancel the 2nd night booking because the accommodation is well below our expectation. The person in the check-in desk agreed and promised a full refund of one night and asked us to fill-up, sign and submit a form so that they can process the refund. It's been three days I believe but the refund is not processed yet. I do not see it refunded in my credit card. I sent them reminders through message service, but no answer. I wrote and sent a message to booking.com as well to follow up on this. But no response yet. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.

I liked the location. Close to the Disney park. Easy to get to after a day at Disney before driving back to our holiday accommodation an hour of so away

I booked the room for one adult and two children stating their ages 11 and 14. The additional bed was not suitable for children over 6. Also the room was so small you had to side step around the foot of the bed. The bathroom was very strange. I was also charged tourist tax for my 14 year old son. I have stayed in much better Ibis budgets.

As compare with the experience i had with the apartment i booked for this same day, the hotel was far more bettet

Every was ok except the fact that there are no lifts

Great hotel, very clean, good breakfast and the takeaway ordering machine was brilliant!
