Great location, silent, comfortable bed and good pillow and good buffet for breakfast.

It could be cleaner…

Location two minutes walk from the railway station and buses, also town centre a very short walk away. Staff very friendly, good choice at breakfast

The pancakes at breakfast are now only available at weekends since change of ownership. There was a bit of work going on in some of the rooms, although we were out most of the day so didn't hear it that much. The door to the room didn't lock when closing, had to remember to lock door with the key when leaving room

This is the first time we have stayed at the hotel since it underwent a name change and joined the new group. We were a family of 5, two adults and three kids under the age of 4. We rented one room which came with two single beds, a bed sofa for the two older children and an extra cot which was charged as an addition to the booking cost itself. The room was great, spacious, clean, with a TV though no mini fridge included. The breakfast buffet was great, varied and lots to choose from great Swedish delicacies like knäckebröd (a homemade one by the hotel was divine!), sausages, meatballs, cheese and yoghurt cereals. We all loved it! There were superb sweet treats too like vegan homemade brownie, or ginger shot. Just great. The location is the best one we have found after staying with a variety of hotels in the city, its literally 5 min away from the station, very quiet and walking distance to the centre with all shops and restaurants.

Paying extra for the cot, we stayed with Scandic hotel in Malmö and they included it for us at no extra charge. Only having one key to the room instead of two cards to scan to gain entry, made us extra careful to be mindful of not losing the one key.

5th time staying here, breakfast good as always, staff very friendly, location very good

Stay in room 215 which was a rather small single room, no drawers or cupboards to put clothes or other bits. Room at back of hotel overlooking a street full of takeaways, very noisy every night, double glazing would help.
