Martı Myra - Ultra All Inclusive

Even though this hotel is quite old but has very strong points that I shall describe in detail as well as drawbacks: 1) The territory is fully covered by trees which I loved. It is all green and nice cold breath everywhere. 2) the beach is clean so as the water. It is more rocky based beach but very clean water. 3) Personnel is very helpful. Front desk is fine, activity scheduling girls are super nice. 4) Almost forgot to mention: they have a hookah bar which was my favorite part. Of course for an extra cost but I was so happy to have it. 5) They also had a cinema area with a nice open patio and we were watching world cup every night. Regular times you can watch a movie at a big screen projector. 6) Marti also has a spa, I haven’t tried it myself but looked amazing. Thai girls do the massage at the beachfront on a specific designated areas which is cool. 7) They have couple of pools which is great.

Of course everything comes to price: it is definitely worth of every penny I have to admit that. But there are a few moments I would improve and people would be willing to pay more. Because as mentioned above you can’t find a place with such a beautiful landscape. 1) Most of the cleaning guys are from SouthEast Asia and quite poor in room cleaning. Towels are very old, fully need to get replaced. Always had to ask for a fresh one. 2) regarding the food you can’t complain again because of the price: but I would remove the AlaCart restaurants, the regular restaurant is much better. They do allow you to pick 1-2 times of those AlaCart restaurants for free but not worth of it. 3) I would also highly recommend to replace pillows, can’t sleep well on those. 4) I would highly recommend to restructure the mini bar guys: comes 9-10 am, knocks two times and opens the door immediately. I think they should change time for replacing drinks. Maybe at the same time with cleaning during the lunch time when everyone is out at the beach. Because there a few moments when I was naked and either have to run to bathroom or get under the blanket. 5) child care area has lunch break for an hour and half, also closes by 5-6pm I guess. For us this lunch break and early clothing was not really comfortable. Most places have their gym operating 24 hours, here it closes at 7pm. I would leave it open 24/7.

I liked the property which was wide spread

Didnt liked the fact that tennis, pingpong and babysitting were quite expensive if you didnt had your own equipment per hour. Didnt made sense to me if its ultra inclusive and saying this cuz isnt my first time in resorts like this one

great service, friendly stuff, nice location and many activities

The hotel has a nice green territory, lots of greenery, pine-like trees even near the pool, nice to have a natural shade. The hotel beach is also fine. The bed mattresses & pillows were excellent (personal preference ofc) - good sleep is a true rest people need on vacation ;)

We informed the hotel that it was our honeymoon trip but for some reason the hotel decided to give us a room with 2 separate beds... The cleaning was very superficial - they would make beds and change towels but there was a visible dust on furniture and the floor was super dirty. The hotel is positioned as 'ultra all-inclusive" but we had to pay additionally for tennis rackets (each!) and the publicly available billiard table... The spa area was completely closed for the whole week we were staying - this was very sad because this was the most important for me. All these things turned the trip not to meet the expectations... Personnel speak Russian much better than English.
