Martı Myra - Ultra All Inclusive

We have been returning to Martı Myra for about seven years, and it remains one of our favourite family hotels. It is nice to see how the hotel continues to improve while preserving its unique atmosphere. We stayed in a spacious two-room family room. It has a classic, cozy style and was comfortable for the stay. The location of the building within the hotel grounds was especially convenient. (We really appreciate that the hotel always takes our preferences into account and does its best to accommodate our requests). Housekeeping has noticeably improved — our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, bathrobes and toiletries regularly replenished. The food is consistently good, with a choice of meat, fish, vegetarian and healthy options. This year I especially enjoyed the fresh seasonal fruits — figs, watermelon, melon and peaches. Our kid also noticed that the ice cream has become tastier and more varied this year =) The beautiful green grounds are, as always, very well maintained, with lush greenery, flowering bushes, and perfectly kept lawns. We never had trouble finding sun loungers on the beach, and the beach staff were always happy to help. Overall, the entire staff are friendly, attentive and willing to assist. I celebrated my birthday during this stay, and the team kindly helped my friends arrange surprise deliveries, which made the day even more special. After many years, we still love coming back. Thanks to the entire team for another wonderful holiday <3

The territory is very beautiful, green, and well-maintained, you can clearly see the hard work of the gardeners. The beach is great with exceptionally clean sea water. Additionally, the cuisine was delicious and offered a wonderful variety of dishes.

Housekeeping and hygiene standards need urgent improvement. Housekeepers took our towels without leaving new ones, lost our room key card and never returned it, and bathrobes had to be requested separately. The biggest issue was hygiene in the restaurant: cutlery was laid directly on placemats that were wiped down with the same dirty cloth instead of being wrapped in individual napkins. This felt very unsanitary and unfortunately caused stomach issues during our stay. Cutlery should be protected to minimize contact with contaminated surfaces.

It’s like a jungle (in positive way). We stayed 7 nights. Food was amazing. The trees really give this place a special vibe.

Several times the towels in the room weren’t changed in time.

The hotel has a nice green territory, lots of greenery, pine-like trees even near the pool, nice to have a natural shade. The hotel beach is also fine. The bed mattresses & pillows were excellent (personal preference ofc) - good sleep is a true rest people need on vacation ;)

We informed the hotel that it was our honeymoon trip but for some reason the hotel decided to give us a room with 2 separate beds... The cleaning was very superficial - they would make beds and change towels but there was a visible dust on furniture and the floor was super dirty. The hotel is positioned as 'ultra all-inclusive" but we had to pay additionally for tennis rackets (each!) and the publicly available billiard table... The spa area was completely closed for the whole week we were staying - this was very sad because this was the most important for me. All these things turned the trip not to meet the expectations... Personnel speak Russian much better than English.
