    Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, the room did not feel fresh or properly cleaned. On the second morning, I asked the receptionist for help, but he was cold and seemed uninterested. We received no follow-up, and nothing appeared to improve. The breakfast was extremely poor, with very limited choices and disappointing quality. Some restaurant staff were friendly, but not all. Overall, the hotel feels old, unclean, and in serious need of renovation. The sheets and towels were worn, yellowish, and clearly overdue for replacement. The housekeeping lady did her best, and I appreciate her effort, but the poor condition of the room was beyond what she could fix while the young boy at resepction wants helpful at all (i dont know if it was a language challange or he didnt care) Sadly, the hotel did not meet the standard we expected, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

    First day the base of the bed broke. Manager was going to move us for one day to another room while they fix it then move back the next day instead of staying in the new room for the entire stay. The shower fixtures were all loose, seemed like they were gonna fall off. For what they charged, I would find other accomodations in the area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
