Royal Loft Suit

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and enjoyed our time in Antalya very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and well suited for our family. It was well equipped, and we were able to ask for a few extras like a high chair for our baby. The area was quiet at night, but close to great restaurants, the beach and to a taxi rank so it was really easy to get around.

There are a few minor maintenance points that could be addressed by the property (e.g. ensuring the dishwasher jets are cleaned etc), and we would have appreciated a few more self-catering basics like small amounts of washing powder, a microwave and some basic cooking essentials (salt, pepper, basic spices). We could buy things at the grocery store but often only in packs that were much bigger than we needed. These are really minor points, though, and we really had a fantastic stay.

Были проблемы с котлом, при включении горячей воды падало давление, и в предпоследний день вообще он потек и отопление из-за этого отключили, но мы не успели замерзнуть)) в целом это не испортило поездку

Останавливался в отеле на 10 дней. Снимал апарты - по факту отдельная квартира на втором этаже. Очень чисто, уютно, прекрасная постель, мини кухня, тв, отличный wi fi. Дружелюбные не навязчивые хозяева. В шаге от пляжа. Мне реально было уютно и комфортно. Рад, что открыл для себя этот отель.

В последние 2 дня вода из душа текла только ледяная, хотя до этого хорошая, горячая, была все 8 дней. Напор нормальный, возможно это связано с поздней осенью и холодом на улице. Или вышел из строя обогреватель.

1. The hotel never tried to make a prepayment via booking.com as it should be actually. The full amount had been charged only upon arrival in the hotel with additional local taxes via bank card. 2. They checked us in a different cheaper room for the first night. Just because somebody who had been living in our booked room asked them to prolong the stay from 3 nights to 4 nights. I think this is unacceptable because we paid for 15 days stay in our Deluxe room and it looked like they tried to cheat us with a cheaper room. Also, nobody even informed us about the issue before the payment and after this case nobody even tried to compensate that first night. 3. There is no sound isolation in the room at all. You hear everything in the neighbor's apartment. All night long. 4. The bathroom is already too old and need renovation. 5. The whole apartment and the furniture needs to be renovated actually. 6. The fridge and oven need to be repaired.
