About this villa rental

At equal distance from Valencia and Alicante, the villa on 110m2 with all mod cons and 7a garden is situated in Orba in the residential area of La Plana Alta. The house is built on 2 levels, only the main level is rented out. The lower apartment is not occupied during rentals. From the Naya (covered terrace) or the edge of the private swimming pool (4x8m), you have an outstanding view over the valley of Orba (with lemon, orange, almond, olive trees) and the Mediterranean sea in the background. Our house has 2 bedrooms with new A/C, 1 with double bed (with an extra bed for a 5th person), the other with 2 single beds. Living room, dining room, bathroom with shower / toilet and washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen gives you direct access to the pool and terrace. A gas plancha is at disposal on the the lower terrace. Petanque track of 1,5x9m with a stone table and benches next.
During summer holidays, min 7 days. Short stays possible off season (min 5 nights), arrival/departure any day.

Casa Lara has everything you need for a quiet holiday, but close enough to restaurants and shops for a night out or essentials, although a car is needed, this was our 2nd year here and looking forward to our 3rd year already booked

Felt very at home. Great views, owner really helpful with our specific requirements. Plenty of space inside and outside for the 2 of us. Pool looked nice but too cold for us in Feb/March! Kitchen small but we managed. Interesting dishwasher! A great area.

Wow Wow Wow for the views stunning looking down through the valley towards the sea in the distance. Pool lovely and cleaned weekly. Naya brilliant where we ate breakfast everyday. I feel there needs to be additional parasols around pool and barbeque area. Internally the villa needs a little bit of TLC. More attention needs to be taken regarding cleaning oven pans were not cleaned. Shower trap has nit been cleaned aling with the bathroom sink being clogged up. In addition more cooking implements i.e. casserole dishes measuring jug mixing bowls etc. There are also no cupboards to store your food other than fridge freezer. Sheets in 2nd bedroom are very thin and it would be nice to have cotton bedding especially when the weather is hot. There was an issue with hot water lack of; it took a couple of days to sort but communication with owner and landlady was very good and they worked hard to get the issue resolved as quickly as practically possible, ( it was a frustrating time). Would we come back? "Yes in a heart beat if the improvements were made" its a lovely villa, great neighbours and a very helpful genuine owner. Claudia the prooerty manager was on hand to sort out the issues as required. the weather is hotcooking

After spending many years going to the same rental villa, we thought it would be very hard to find another one that lived up to it, we were wrong this villa is well placed for for restaurants, supplies and attractions, you do need a car. You will never get tired of the view we spent every evening out on the balcony, The villa itself is clean and well equipped, bed is comfortable, there is aircon in both bedrooms, we were concerned there was none in the lounge but the mountain breezes keeps that cool throughout the day so isn’t needed. The pool area is sun soaked all day but the balcony gives relief to that being in the shade most of the afternoon so you can still be outside enjoying the view x we are used to being in the middle of nowhere and no neighbours because we enjoy the peace and quiet and although this villa is on a very small estate with neighbours close by we were not disturbed and it was very quiet the odd wave if you do manage to see your neighbours lol x all in all an excellent stay so good we booked for next year before we left x well done to franz and Lisa for allowing to share a little bit of paradise

The villa has a stunning vista. We loved sitting at any time of the day looking over the valley. The pool is lovely and clean and is just wonderful when you are staying in the height of summer as we were! The villa is set on a large plot with lots of areas with sun and shade. The kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge could be a bit colder but then again it was so hot when we visited. Would definitely recommend long life milk rather than fresh milk to ensure will last longer and use anything quickly if tends to go off quickly. We loved the amount of games books etc that were available to use. We most especially loved the pequante set and loved playing it in the evening at back of villa at the area set up for it. There was some cat poo but was old so we just kicked it aside. After all it does look like a large cat litter for them to use! The kids also loved the water tennis set which was such fun. We also all loved the noodles provided for using in the pool. The air con in the bedrooms was well needed and meant we could all get a good sleep. The mattresses were very comfortable. The curtains are very thin. I took an eye mask which did help for the mornings I wanted to sleep in as the main bedroom faces east so it does get bright very early with the morning sun. The kids rooms is round the side facing south so doesn’t get so bright which was great. We tended to eat in as you do need to drive to get anywhere but can recommend pizzeria piscina. Fab villa!! Highly recommend!!

The villa was lovely, so peaceful there. We enjoyed using the pool but it needs a rail to hold onto getting in and out as it was quite a deep 1st step. The neighbours were friendly and the owners were really helpful when we had a problem. Very efficient to help us resolve the issue. If you want to relax this is the place to be. Just a shame you can't walk to the town. We had a great time. Thank you x

We spent two weeks over Christmas and New Year's Eve at Casa Lara and enjoyed it very much. The sun is still warm enough to have breakfast on the terrace (wonderful view) and to relax around the pool (would not really recommend IN the pool at this time of year, though ;-). Freshly picked and pressed oranges from the garden ... The villa had everything we needed (and more). Cosy fireplace (and well-working heating) keeps you warm in the evenings. We very very happy here

We had a great week away at casa Lara, the villa was very clean and we had everything we needed. The best part is the view which is stunning looking over Orba valley and towards Denia. The host was very good and updated me at every stage before we travelled and they also arranged a high chair for us which was delivered the next day and was brand new! Claudia who manages the property locally was very helpful and friendly and came to deliver the high chair and also cleaned the pool. If you are thinking of staying here you will need a car as it is quite a distance from Orba and no path to walk. Overall I would highly recommend casa Lara.

First of all the pictures don't do it justice. It is even better in real life than the photographs. Everything about the villa was great, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Pool area was brilliant. Slight issue with hot water was dealt with immediately. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to return. We miss it already. S&J

Excellent home for a holiday

The house is exactly as described on the website. Communication with the owners was very good and Claudia (who speaks good English) gave us a warm welcome. Unfortunately we were there during the worst weather the area has known. It did cause an electrical problem but Claudia attended immediately and got everything working again. The house is comfortable and well equipped and the outlook is superb - it's a 180+ degree panorama that is hard to capture in a photograph. We had good meals in local restaurants and the Masymas supermarket in Orba is very good and there's also Aldi and the bigger Carrefour in Ondara. Just beware that none are open on Sunday out of the main summer season. We tend to go to a different place each holiday but if we were ever back in this area we would happily use Casa Lara again. The villa is in a beautiful location just outside Orba with fantastic views down the valley. You can easily get to the sea and the mountains and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the villages of the Orba and Jalon valleys.

My wife and I arrived here early in October for a week long visit. The directions were explicit and we had no difficulty finding the villa even though it is in a rural location. Communication with our host Franz prior to our visit and Claudia during our visit was immediate and informative. Casa Lara is a beautiful villa perched high up on a hillside offering magnificent views to the valley down below and the magical Med in the distance. The gardens around the house are tiered on multiple levels and are wonderful. There are a number of tables and chairs set up tastefully in a number of locations that offer sun or shade as per your preference. The pool area is a great place to hang out and cool off for the day you just want to chill. The house comes very well equipped and there was nothing that we wanted or thought was missing. Claudia was very gracious and patient waiting to meet us our first night although we were running a little late. A chilled bottle of champagne was waiting to greet us upon our arrival. We both cannot speak highly enough of Casa Lara and our hosts and would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa to anyone wanting to have a base in the quiet Spanish countryside from which to visit neighboring towns, cities and beaches. It not only met, but far exceeded our expectations!! Graham and Debby from Canada.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (3 und 5 Jahre alt) dort. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und nach einer langen Fahrt durften wir auf Anfrage 2 Stunden eher zum Haus. Schon bei der Anreise ist uns die unglaublich schöne Lage aufgefallen. Als wir am Haus ankamen waren wir echt überwältigt. Die Kinder waren direkt in den Pool verliebt und die Aussicht war der Wahnsinn. Das Haus war 1:1 wie im Inserat beschrieben und die Ausstattung die wir dort auffanden war mehr als gut. Alles was man braucht war dort zu finden. Zudem war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Den morgendliche Sonnenaufgang kann man perfekt von der Terrasse beobachten und ist einfach unglaublich schön. Wir haben dort 10 schöne Tage mit der Familie verbracht. Zwar fährt man immer etwas mit Auto zum Strand oder ähnlichem aber dafür hat man am Haus Ruhe und Privatsphäre plus eine super schöne Aussicht. Nächstes Jahr werden wir dieses Haus definitiv wieder in Betracht ziehen. Danke für dieses Angebot und für die tollen Tagen.

El alojamiento es perfecto para tres o cuatro personas. Todo es amplio, salvo la cocina, pero finalmente sirve perfectamente. El exterior muy cuidado. La piscina genial. Se ve desde lo alto todo el valle hasta el mar. Sin duda, lo recomiendo totalmente. Ah y la persona encargada muy servicial y atenta. Muchas gracias. Hemos estado fenomenal.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Casa Lara! Die Finca ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Ausblick ob am Morgen oder Abend ist traumhaft :) Zur Begrüßung stand uns eine Flasche Sekt, 1 Granatapfel und eine große Flasche Wasser zur Verfügung. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief Dank Claudia reibungslos ab, sie erklärte uns alles Vorort ( Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Ausflugstipps) und war auch für ein kleinen Schnack zuhaben :) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und würden die Casa Lara jederzeit weiterempfehlen. La maison placée sur les hauteurs d'Orba permet d'avoir une superbe vue et d'être à l'écart de la ville ce qui assure un calme reposant. La villa "Casa Lara" dispose de tous les équipements ( comme à la maison ) aussi bien en cuisine que dans le reste de l'habitation.La climatisation des chambres est vraiment un plus et permet de dormir convenablement pendant les fortes chaleurs la nuit, et le jour la piscine permet de se rafraîchir ( vraiment appréciable).Mme Claudia qui gère la location est toujours disponible,souriante et professionnelle. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Seul bémol, le WIFI est pas terrible.Très bon rapport qualité/prix . Merci à la famille COOLS de partager leur maison.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern, 14 und 9 Jahre alt) haben Ende Juli/Anfang August 2019 eine extrem schöne Woche in der Casa Lara verbracht. Die sympatische Verwalterin Claudia, mit der wir uns verabredet hatten, gab uns auch wertvolle Tipps zu Ausflügen. Die Lage des Hauses (Spektrum von Fahrten in die Berge bis zu einer Tagestour in die Großstadt Valencia) und die Blicke in die Natur sind traumhaft; auch bei hohen Temperaturen wehte ein angenehmer Wind - und der Pool war einfach nur klasse, ebenso das Haus selbst und die Möglichkeit der Selbstversorgung (Supermarkt in Orba). Wir können die Casa Lara gerade für Familien mit Kindern nur empfehlen! Holger, im August 2019

Das Objekt ist einfach super. Die Lage und der Blick sind unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war sehr nett und der Empfang vor Ort war mega herzlich. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Die zum Empfang dargebotene Flasche Sekt haben wir uns abends auf der Terrasse schmecken lassen. Im nahegelegenen Ort fanden wir alles, was wir brauchten, Supermarkt, Post und Restaurants. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.... und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wat een heerlijke villa om een fijne vakantie door te brengen! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en de vele mogelijkheden van de villa bieden voor elk wat wils. Het terras boven geeft een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei tot aan de zee. Ontbijten met de zon is heerlijk daar. Trapje lager zit je gezellig aan de Bbq en dicht bij de pétanque baan. Het zwembad is heerlijk en ruim en heeft ook dat prachtig uitzicht. Gelegen tegen de bergen waar je de roofvogels ziet opstijgen in de thermiek, vanop je ligzetel. De ontvangst van Claudia is warm en hartelijk. Bezorgd over de gasten praat ze honderd uit in 3 talen, en komt soms even langs om te zien of alles in orde is. Orba is een dorpje om verliefd op te worden, lieve mensen die je eerder als gasten zien, dan als toeristen. Overal welkom, heerlijke restaurantjes, waar je voor een kleine som, heerlijk kan eten. Awraba, (Arabisch voor Orba) maar lekker eenvoudige Spaanse keuken, Nou Portet, iets fijnere keuken, en La Piscine, super lekker Italiaans. Of het hotelletje in het dorp! Een supermarkt en een wekelijks marktje, het is er allemaal. En dan de omgeving, puur natuur, dicht bij de drukke stranden en toeristenstadjes, maar ver weg van lawaai en drukte . Diepe valleien en vele wandelmogelijkheden. Een plek voor rustzoekers en stille genieters! Dank je wel Heer Franz en Mevrouw Lisa, je mag ons zeker terug verwachten!

Ondanks vertraging van de reis was het voor Claudia geen probleem om ons in de loop van de avond nog zeer hartelijk op te wachten en gaf daarbij alle informatie die je zou willen weten om optimaal van de villa met zwembad te genieten. En genoten dat hebben we. Alles was aanwezig en super schoon. Prima bedden en stil, om goed te slapen. Het uitzicht naar zee is fantastisch, vooral bij zonsopgang. De tuin is fraai aangelegd met verschillende zithoekjes. De temperatuur liet het net toe om in het nog frisse zwemwater te duiken. De regio is groen met veel fruitbomen. We hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt. Valencia, strand, watervallen, wandelen en wielrennen, iets wat daar veel gedaan wordt. En dan weer genieten van het huis met alle voorzieningen. Dit is zeker nog een keer voor herhaling vatbaar.

La casa Lara est une maison très fonctionnelle, très bien agencée, il ne manque rien. La cuisine comporte tout le nécessaire, les chambres sont climatisées, le salon est très confortable. Nous avons aussi très appréciés le petit cadeau des propriétaires lors de notre arrivée (boisson et gâteau apéro). La maison possède un point de vue magnifique et le quartier est très calme. Nous avons pu nous prélasser autour de la piscine (nettoyée 2 fois par semaine), jouer à la pétanque, prendre le petit déjeuner à divers endroits dans le jardin. Claudia nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Elle est très professionnelle et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Elle est aussi de très bon conseil pour nous donner les adresses à ne pas rater. Orba est un joli petit village espagnol. Nous avons également apprécié Altea avec ses plages de galet, Denia, las fuentes del alguar... et tant de choses encore. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour cette belle prestation ainsi que leur générosité. Ils répondent de manière très réactive à nos messages. Merci pour tout. Mr et Mme Vigato

Villa conforme à la Description Accueil très Chaleureux de la part de Claudia qui reste disponible tout le long du séjour. L'ensemble de la location est propre et bien entretenue. L'endroit est calme et reposant, un peu à l'écart du tumulte touristique tout en étant proches des lieux attractifs. Les enfants et les adultes pourront passer d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison Je recommande ;)

Cass Lara has one of the most magnificent views that you are likely to find on the Costa Blanca. The villa has a range of different seating areas on multiple levels allowing you to move between sun and shade - but without ever losing the view. The area is very quiet and peaceful (great if you want kick back and relax in the sun with a good book). The check-in / check-out process is very smooth via Mrs Claudia (who was very happy to help with information and tips for the area) Orba is a charming village with numerous amenities - including a well stocked supermarket. There are also many fine local bars and restaurants. Venturing a little further, the town of Denia is only 35 minutes away (by car) with a fantastic historical area and some fantastic restaurants. We can't wait to come back!

La location est conforme aux informations et la maison est vraiment très bien. Claudia qui nous accueille est d'une disponibilité sans faille . La clim dans les chambres est très appréciable et que dire de cette piscine ensoleillée du lever au quasi coucher du soleil!!! Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances inoubliables et au calme. Les informations sur les visites à faire : super La voiture est obligatoire mais les alentours et la région sont tellement beaux que c'est un plaisir de rouler. Un gout de "reviens-y" .

Malgré quelques soucis rencontrés lors de notre séjour nous tenons à féliciter tout particulièrement Claudia la personne de confiance qui a su toujours se montrer disponible à l écoute pour régler nos problème et toujours avec le sourire. Vous pouvez aisément lui faire confiance quand au propriétaire un grand merci pour leur geste commercial. Par rapport à la maison la vue est tout simplement splendide, nous avons passé une grande partie de notre séjour sur la terrasse ombragée à admirer cette vue splendide, l'équipement est correct la piscine une merveille, nous recommandons sans hésiter cette maison.

Das Haus befindet sich oberhalb des Orba - Tals mit herrlichem Blick über das ganze Tal bis zum Meer. Es steht in einer ruhigen Wohnlage mit Privatsphäre. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Ausflüge in die Berge oder an das nahe Meer. Am ersten Abend sassen wir auf der schönen Terrasse und genossen den bereitgestellten Begrüssungs - Wein. Einfach herrlich. Im nahe gelegenen Dorf bekamen wir später alles was wir brauchten. Von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , Restaurants, Banken, Post und vieles mehr. Im Haus fanden wir alles vor um schöne Ferien zu haben. Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist identisch mit dem was wir vorfanden. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter und kommen ganz bestimmt auch wieder. Herzlichen Dank und freundliche Grüsse aus der Schweiz

Cette semaine de vacances à ORBA fait partie du TOP 5 des meilleurs souvenirs en 20 ans de vacances et de locations diverses au rythme de 1 à 2 lieux de résidence par an. Tout est fait pour faciliter et choyer la vie des vacanciers. Avant le séjour, malgré un petit problème technique retardant la finalisation de la location, Mr COOLS a fait preuve d'une grande patiente et surtout confiance à notre égard. Pendant le séjour, Mr PEDRO, l'homme de confiance de la maison, d'une grande gentillesse nous accueille avec sympathie et bonne humeur avec en prime un cadeau de bienvenue. Quelques heures après notre arrivée un petit problème dans la maison a été réglé avec rapidité et efficacité dès que nous l'avons signalé à Mr PEDRO. Enfin, en fin de séjour, la disponibilité de Mr PEDRO quant à l'heure de départ est appréciable. Quant à la maison tout est parfait et conforme au descriptif et photos : -propreté, confort, aménagement -Joliment meublé, vaisselle en quantité, télévision toutes chaînes, lave vaisselle et machine à laver -la fraîcheur de la climatisation est la bienvenue -les 2 terrasses couvertes ou non au choix sont utilisées pour tous les repas - la piscine spacieuse et ses nombreux accessoires (bain de soleil, parasol) font le bonheur des grands et petits. -la vue sur la montagne, la mer et la vallée d'orangers est splendide -la région regorge de lieux pittoresques et très beaux Non je vous assure , je ne suis pas payé par Mr COOLS pour être aussi élogieux. Merci encore à Mr COOLS pour ce séjour

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances! Il faisait beau et chaud pendant notre séjour. La maison est bien équipée et correspond à la description. La vue depuis la terrasse et la piscine est magnifique! Petit déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner... se sont fait à la terasse. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut dans cette petite commune, pas besoin d'aller loin. M. Pedro, qui nous a accueilli, était très gentil et disponible en cas de problème dans la maison. Le contact avec M. Cools était très clair et efficace. C'est un propriétaire sérieux qui veut que les locataires soient satisfaits. Bref, nous recommandons fortement cette maison.
