Despite being located just off the main road, the property gives you the peaceful feeling of staying in the middle of a forest. The lush greenery and tranquil surroundings make it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax. It’s an ideal place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a calm, refreshing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
The food was a bit expensive, especially for a large group like ours (10 adults and kids). As a result, we chose to order food from outside. More reasonably priced meal options or group packages would have been appreciated.

The property was very well maintained with a very peaceful vibe.
The WiFi never worked which was very frustrating at times.

We did not get a chance to explore the entire property, but the 3BHK villas are super good. We were a family of 16 people, and we were offered two villas. Each villa is extremely humungous and each room is THE largest seen in my life - 100 out of 10 rating for that. Bang in the dense coffee plantation around and its absolutely serene - it looks more serene during rains for sure. We spent 1 hour post the checkout (11 AM), taking some pics around and the management has been co-operative for that. Its located bang on the road side, so you will not get any valley views or anything like that though. Functional kitchen with fridge, oven, induction etc - The vessels provided can be used only for basic things like boiling milk - they are very small and cannot be used for anything else. If you are person, who wants to just sit at room and/or use the amenities and/or stroll around the estate, its a great place.
The villas given to us were at the corner (right on the boundary), so it was a bit scary. Very scary that the kids did not want to stay in separate villas - so we infact we did not sleep in one of the villas, and all of our family slept and adjusted somehow within one villa only. The property does not have a buggy or anything within it. So if you dont have a car and have people with mobility issues, it shall be tough for them. Since the restaurant is also located at the reception area, and our villa was at the end, we had challenges accessing this. Restaurant unfortunately is expensive - we backed out after knowing the prices. (Guess its same for all luxury ones). Make sure you pack every food item you probably need and get to the villa, if you dont want to shell out lot of money on the restaurant. And there are absolutely 0 options on the road - Nearest junction is either Suntikoppa or Kushalnagar which are 10+ km away Limited amenities and all centered near the reception only. So, our usage to the amenities was restricted - one primarily because of the long walk and second many of my family members who has mobility issues could not even come near the amenities to enjoy/watch the family play or for the restaurant. Since we came by a bus and not via smaller cars, it was not easy for us to navigate within the premises everytime (except for luggage drop-in and drop-out) The plantation was so good, but we could not make the best use of the 10Am tour because of non-availability of any other commute option within the property. Hot water takes 15-25 mins to heat up - so if you are in hurry or needs a shower - plan accordingly.
