Excellent location for train, shops,centre
Appalling ‘support’ from Management - queries took over a day for response from people who didn’t understand my questions. Luckily no emergencies as help line rang out. Countless automated emails v irritating.

No welcome pack, not even a teabag!
Lack of glasses and no ice cube tray
Sofas a bit saggy and cushion covers very dirty
Shower curtain and antislip mat in bath need scrubbing to remove mildew

It was just fine, kitchen and washing machine etc was good to use during 6 days stay.
There was leakage in living room and we had to use plastic box available in the property when it was raining.
