Hard to find as down a little passageway, thought we were walking into someone’s back garden

To be met with a wheelie bin overflowing with numerous weeks worth of rotten and maggot infested bin bags. The previous guest's dirty bathmat hanging in the shower. Dirty bathroom toilet seat. No handwash, surely this is as important as toilet roll. Filthy stained pillows and mattress cover, only noticed after we were required to strip the bed on leaving. No WiFi or TV for the whole stay. Flickering lights in the lounge and bathroom. Broken chair in kitchen. Although advertised as having a 'beautiful' garden there was a small paved area to sit on, the actual garden was a jungle. The photo on Booking.com is actually the neighbours garden.Needs a bannister rail. It seems that looking back on previous reviews many of these problems haven't been addressed. Use your hard earned money elsewhere. A deep clean and update is required and the info book is unbelievably out of date.
