A spacious property, in a convenient and quiet location
The location is excellent and the property is spacious and well-equipped.
The beds or mattresses in the front bedroom need replacing as one rocks every time you move, and the other lists to one side.

Everything, location, spacious, clean and had everything you needed. We had a problem with the heating, I spoke to the owner and it was fixed within hours.

Beautiful and peaceful
A very clean and well kept cottage. Very spacious. Beautiful location and very peaceful.
The fact that hot water and heating were off between 10am to 4pm and 10pm to 8am made the house very cold, specially at night.

Exceptional
Very spacious, clean, well equipped property, amazing location so close to Coniston Water, soft cosy duvets! Secure area for dogs around house. Only wish we could return in summer for a lakeside BBQ.
