Appliances consist of a Range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, six Smart TVs with FreeSat, two DVD players, a PlayStation, and a selection of books. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, enclosed rear patio with furniture, secure storage, and hot tub, access to 1-acre, enclosed field, by prior request, and a private driveway for four cars.
