Located in the heart of Coniston Village, Buzzard's Reach (previously known as Rose Loft) is within easy walking distance of all the amenities Coniston Village has to offer and is a great base from which to explore the Lake District. A self-contained apartment split over two floors, Buzzard's Reach has been finished to a very high standard in a contemporary style with much care and attention to detail.
The delightful amenities of Coniston are on the doorstep and a variety of low and high level walks are just minutes away. Aesthetically pleasing and well thought out, Buzzard's Reach certainly has a real wow factor!
A fantastic base for couples, friends and families seeking a stylish base from which to explore the local area.

Light and airy entrance hallway, benefiting from high ceilings and plenty of room to store bicycles, boots and wet weather gear.
First floor
The first flight of stairs leads up to two bright and roomy bedrooms along with the sleek house bathroom.
Bedroom 1 - feature double bed.
Bedroom 2 - super king size bed or twin single beds.
Modern house bathroom with W.C and bath with shower over.
Second floor
The second set of stairs leads up to the properties 'hidden gem', a beautiful open plan living area.
There's a well-appointed kitchen benefiting from all the mod cons, ceramic hob, electric single oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The lounge enjoys a comfortable corner sofa & large TV (with Freesat), there's also a DVD player, perfect for cosy nights and wet weather days. However the real piece de resistance here has to be the large skylight windows, running alongside the length of the room, showcasing the beauty of the Coniston Fells and allowing the sunlight to flood this marvellous room.
Outside
Small sitting area to the front with bench, a great place to soak up the sun and watch the world pass by.
