Lovely clean, well-equipped cottage. Well placed for accessing lots of routes in the hills. Welcome pack a nice touch, especially when usual biscuits were replaced with something gluten free.
A couple of beanbag lap trays would be useful as the high swivelling stools at breakfast bar not ideal for someone with sensory issues.

Location
Bathroom needs work, otherwise nothing wrong with the property just communication between Booking.Com and Sykes.Cottages was poor and led to a stressful start fir our holidays. Will not use either company again.
