Nie było nic oprócz restauracji przy plaży ! tragedia !

Nasz pobyt był tylko na dwie noce bo byliśmy przejazdem, nawet składałam na niego reklamację, ale obiekt odmówił. Na zdjęciach domek był nowy i czysty i tylko dlatego go zarezerwowałam. Byliśmy już na wielu campingach w Europie ale pierwszy raz spotkałam się takim brzydkim domkiem, starym, śmierdzącym, brudnym, robaki, pajęczyny, odpadające zawiasy w szafkach, Pani na recepcji zmieniła nam domek bo zrobiłam aferę, jednak dostaliśmy taki sam, standard masakra! na samym końcu campingu, gdzie dużo innych domków było wolnych, ale sama odległość to nie problem, tylko chodzi o starość domku i brud. W zdjęciach dodaje zdj zarezerwowanego domku, a później kolejne jaki domek dostaliśmy, nie dajcie się wrobić w zdjęcia na bookingu, bo to co dostaliśmy na miejscu to tragedia !

Alt und runtergerockt: Preis/Leistung der Unterkunft stimmt nicht.

Die Lage des Camping-Platzes am Strand und die Nähe zu Novigrad sind toll. Novigrad ist wirklich ein tolles kleines Städtchen!

Was man insgeheim bei jeder Urlaubsbuchung befürchtet: Die Fotos der Unterkunft sehen super aus, aber dann ist alles total alt und runtergerockt. Abgesehen davon, dass alles einfach nur alt war, ist die Liste der kleiner Mängel lang: - Abfluss der Küchenspüle war verstopft - Oberfläche des Aussentisches war rostig - Fenster waren dreckig - Terrasse war sehr dreckig (man wollte eher nicht Barfuß laufen) - Sofakissen waren dreckig - Deckel vom Mülleimer waren kaputt - Türschloss des Bads ging nicht - Küchenausstattung sehr dürftig - eigentlich nicht ausreichend Unser größtes Problem: Der Aussenteil der Klimaanlage war aus der Aufhängung gerissen, das Gerät auf Backsteinen abgestellt. Im Betrieb war sie unglaublich laut, Nachts konnten wir die Anlage nicht laufen lassen, weil sonst an Schlafen nicht zu denken gewesen wäre. Der Lärm (es war wirklich extrem laut!!) hat uns gestört - für die Nachbarn hinter uns muss es unerträglich gewesen sein. Meiner unmittelbaren Bitte nach Behebung (an Tag 1) hat man Gehör geschenkt und rasche Abhilfe versprochen. Am Tag 2 hat es sich jemand angeschaut - gelöst wurde das Problem bis zu unserer Abreise allerdings nicht. Bewertung „7“ weil die Kinder den Urlaub trotz Allem toll fanden. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier allerdings überhaupt nicht. Wir würden uns nicht wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Mooie locatie. Huisjes op de camping zijn redelijk klein maar oké voor een gezin van 4. Alles goed bereikbaar en verzorgd. Mogelijkheid om veel te doen. Zwembaden zijn verspreid over de camping en oké qua drukte.

Personeel aan de balie was niet echt vriendelijk. Slechts 1 werkend oplaadpunt voor elektrische wagens wat natuurlijk heel de tijd bezet was.

Für den Preis war die Ausstattung sehr schlecht. Die Toilette war kaputt bzw. ist das Wasser bei der Spülung rausgelaufen. Der Boden war sehr dreckig. Wir waren 4 Tage dort und haben weder Klopapier noch frische Handtücher bekommen.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem tollen Areal mit allem Komfort.

Es war einfach traumhaft!!! Unkomplizierter, schneller Check in. Wir hatten einen eigenen Parkplatz und wurden vom Concierge samt unserem Gepäck dann zu unserem Sea View Mobilheim gebracht. Wir waren überwältigt. Ein traumhafter Blick aufs Meer, tolle Ausstattung des Mobilhomes und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Handseife, Duschgel, Shampoo, Espressomaschine und Kapseln, Geschirrspültabs sind vorhanden. Sogar ein kleines Willkommenspaket mit Essig, Salz und Pfeffer, kleiner Kerze haben wir in unserem Mobilhome vorgefunden. Handtuchwechsel war jederzeit möglich. Zu dem Terrain (Sea View Homes) gehörte auch ein eigener Swimming Pool. Die Pizzen im Restaurant sind fantastisch! Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Check out auch unkompliziert, der Concierge kommt einen Tag vor Abreise ins Mobilhome zur Bezahlung und der Zeitpunkt des Rücktransports zum Auto wird ebenfalls gleich organisiert. Super Service! Danke für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub, wir kommen sicherlich wieder!!!!

Zufriedenstellend aber nicht großartig.

Die Lage der Mobile Homes ist wirklich sehr schön, etwas abgelegen vom restlichen Campingplatz und unter Bäumen. Die Damen an der Rezeption oben waren alle wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Einige andere Mitarbeiter (zB. am Frühstücksbuffet oder beim Eisstand) waren leider wenig bis gar nicht freundlich. Am Meer unten und auch am großen Pool oben wäre es schön, wenn es mehr Möglichkeiten geben würde, im Schatten zu liegen (ohne extra zu zahlen für die Liegen mit Sonnenschirm). Die wenigen Schattenplätze unter den Bäumen sind heiß umkämpft von Familien mit Kleinkindern...

Entspricht nicht dem Angebot! Abzocke!

Ich bin über booking.com auf das Angebot der Mobile Homes aufmerksam geworden. Aufgrund der Beschreibung und der Fotos entschied ich mich, ein Mobile Home für fünf Nächte und zwei Personen für 1075 Euro zu buchen. Vor Ort angekommen der große Schreck. Ein billiger und herunter gekommener Plastikcontainer erwartete uns. Nichts von der Beschreibung oder den Fotos im Angebot stimmte überein. Das Plastikbad dreckig und an vielen Stellen rostig. Die Betten unbequeme Pritschen. Die Lattenroste gaben in der ersten Nacht bereits den Geist auf. Die „Sitzbank“ verdreckt. Eng, lieblos, billig, dreckig, heruntergekommen. Und das für mehr als 200 Euro die Nacht! Vorsicht Abzocke! Nach der ersten Nacht ging ich zur Rezeption und wollte auschecken. Selbstverständlich wollte ich die erste Nacht bezahlen und über die weiteren vier gebuchten Nächte eine Lösung finden, da das beschriebene Angebot mehr als unzutreffend war. Die Mitarbeiter waren höchst unfreundlich. Nach Bitten hat eine Mitarbeiterin die Vorgesetzte angerufen. Ergebnis: Man drohte mir mit der Polizei, falls ich die komplette Buchung nicht bezahle. Wie mir auch mitgeteilt wurde, ist die Vorgesetzte in einer Stunde selbst vor Ort. Ich wartete und hoffte erneut eine für beiden Seiten gute Lösung zu finden. Ergebnis: Die Vorgesetzte war sehr aufgebracht und drohte erneut mit der Polizei und dass wir dann auch nicht die Grenze überqueren können. Letztendlich habe ich die 1075 Euro für eine Nacht in einem heruntergekommen und verdreckten Plastikcontainer bezahlt.

The best resort I’ve ever stayed in!! (And I travel a lot). Modern, clean, well organised, easy to access, extremely pet friendly. After we arrived we were greeted by amaaaazing and lovely Antonio who helped us with our luggage being transported to Amber Sea Village house. Antonio is 10/10 staff member there, ready to help, always smiling, polite and kind. Highly recommend that person (you can spot him driving aroung on his electric car). Please send him our greetings! At the end of our stay we were helped by Zoran. What a lovely guy! Talkative, friendly and super kind. Very respectful. During the stay we felt safe and blessed. Delicious food, seaside bar, dog’s beach, dog’s area, supermarket.. all you need for perfect stay! Greetings from London

Schön aber ein Campingplatz bleibt ein Campingplatz

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit – wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Unterkunft selbst war sehr schön, mit einer tollen Aussicht und insgesamt gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Trotz einiger Mängel hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und könnten uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage abseits des Hauptcampingplatzes, was grundsätzlich für Ruhe gesorgt hat.

Leider war die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft nicht optimal. In der Küche hatten wir ein Problem mit Ameisen, und in den Räumen lagen viele lange, schwarze Haare verteilt. Das war etwas unangenehm und hinterließ keinen ganz so gepflegten Eindruck. Ein größeres Problem stellten jedoch einige der anderen Gäste dar – man muss sich bewusst machen, dass es sich um eine Campinganlage handelt, und leider haben sich viele der Dauercamper nicht an die Hausregeln gehalten. Hunde sollten laut Regeln an der Leine geführt werden, aber ein großer, schwarzer Hund vom Campingplatz streunte frei herum und stand zweimal auf unserer Terrasse, hat geknurrt und gebellt. Wir mussten improvisieren und unsere Terrasse mit Stühlen und Liegestühlen absichern – nicht wegen unseres eigenen Hundes, sondern um uns vor diesem fremden Hund zu schützen. Die Besitzer haben auf das Verhalten ihres Hundes überhaupt nicht reagiert und sich auch nicht entschuldigt. Zusätzlich wurde unsere Unterkunft in der Nacht mit Steinen beworfen, was uns ein sehr unsicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Direkt vor unserer Terrasse haben Personen nachts mit Taschenlampen geangelt – was laut Regeln verboten ist – und dabei jede Menge Müll hinterlassen (jede Nacht). Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden wurde vonseiten der Verwaltung leider nichts dagegen unternommen. Gerade nachts habe ich mich dadurch unwohl und nicht sicher gefühlt, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich getrübt hat.
