That is wonderful place

If you want calm vacation for family - it is perfect place! The house is good for 5-6 persons: big table outside in shadow of kiwi tree. Breakfast table outside on the backyard. Also outside you have different Swings and sun loungers for little rest. Everything is near: beach with kids playground nearby, restaurants, tennis courts. 10 min to the supermarket plodine with feet and 15 min to the novigrad historical center. Perfect!

Perfect luxury stay just off the beach!

The location of this house is perfect! Situated in a quiet street just a 2 min walk off the beach and 10min walk to the old part of town where all the restaurants and shops are. Also it was an easy access with seamless check in process. The house has 2 gardens, one in the front and one in the back with lots of lounge areas. The interior has been renovated so all the bathrooms are completely new and very comfortable bedrooms and living room with taste for decor. A hard find in Istra!

Very beautiful house, built with style. We were welcomed with fruit basket and flowers, amazing start of a vacation. Two gardens around the house allow for variety of activities like BBQ or reading a book in a kiwi tree shade. Cosiness of the house, e.g., shelves full of wide variety of books, makes it feel like coming to your own home - making it perfect for family vacations.

Tolles Ferienhaus in entspannter und wunderschöner Umgebung

Das Haus ist ganz besonders, hat ein tolles Flair, schön eingerichtet, tolle Bücher, liegt sehr ruhig, ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten, ist fast komplett neu renoviert. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und entspannt, alles ist um die Ecke. Der Besitzer ist super nett, Ein- und Auschecken war kontaktlos und hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wundervoller Urlaub nah am Strandnund nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum

Das Haus war wunderbar. Die Ausstattung stimmt mit der Beschreibung überein. Der Garten war schön. Auch im vorderen Bereich war eine idyllische Sitzgelegenheit. Der Weg zum Strand war auch richtig beschrieben mit 3 Munuten. Der ganze Aufenthalt war wunderbar.

Einzig der Parkplatz war für zwei Autos etwas eng, es ging aber. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage, nicht weit zum Meer. Perfekte Ausstattung, alles was man braucht vorhanden. Heizung hat auch sehr gut funktioniert.
