the Dishwasher dont work , the Shower was broken , hot water after 2nd wash was out . House ist for 6 people but have only 1 bathroom . Rest fine !

Beware!! Misleading photos

The camp itself is great place for families.

There is no sea view from mobile homes. The photos are misleading, as new glamping tents exist between mobile homes and the sea. We came for the view, and we were very disappointed. This seems to be the intention, and the photos are probably old. We reported to the agency our disappointment when we saw the mobile home, but they could not provide a fix. After walking around, I realized why; there is no mobile home with an advertised view in the pictures.

Never again in Camping Park Umag

When your holiday is ruined it's hard to find good things.

Me and my family (wife and four kids) were the guests of the camp (31.07.-06.08.). On 03.08. we arrived a bit late at the camp entrance around 00:20-00:30 (apparently, vehicles are not allowed to drive after midnight, except vehicles that are involved in bar business, it seems their big diesel vans are not making noise, hm interesting). After discussion with security guys and receptionist I tried to explain that kids are sleeping in the car and the night is cold (receptionist guy was especially rude) we were forced to marsch to our accomodation approx. 1km. Kids were freezing during this marsch. Resume: two of my kids woke up seek the next morning, that completely ruined our long expected family holiday. Thank You Camping Park Umag for that. For 230€/day that we paid, you can find more kids friendly camp of this type in Istria, pls choose another one.

Exceptional

The camp is very large, very clean with wide coast. The best time for vacations is before holiday season. The camp is quite and almost without people. There are a lot of restaurants and lot of facilities (tennis, beach volleyballe, ping-pong etc..) The Mobile Homes Park Riviera has pretty nice accomodation.

Sometimes we met with the people who offered boat trip on our terrase and it was annoying. It shouldn't be permit. Because in the camp is lot of accomodation the loud music should be forbidden from 10 p.m.

Große Terrasse und schöner Ausblick

Die Lage ist einfach nur super. Direkt von der wirklich sehr großen Terrasse sieht man die Wiese und dahinter das Meer. Die Einrichtung innen ist ausreichend groß. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche, einmal Dusche im Schlafzimmer, dafür aber dort mit buntem Licht 💡 , 2 Toiletten. Das Bett war gemütlich, wenn auch nicht sehr groß. In einem 2. Schlafzimmer waren nochmals 3 Schlafplätze als Einzelbetten. Insgesamt war alles wie beschrieben und wir werden wiederkommen.

Auf den Bildern top, in echt Flop

Unser Mobilheim hatte einen guten Standort, wir hatten Meerblick und im Mobilheim war alles vorhanden was man so braucht (Töpfe, Geschirr, usw.)

Unser Mobilheim war leider alles andere als sauber. Die Küchenschränke waren voller fettiger Fingerabdrücke und haben geklebt, die Mikrowelle hatte auch ihre besten Tage hinter sich und allgemein war alles sehr schmutzig. Am ersten Tag hatte ich etwas Wasser verschüttet und als ich es mit einem Papiertuch aufgewischt habe war das ganze Papiertuch braun. So sieht keine ordentliche Endreinigung aus die nach jedem Gast durchgeführt wird. Eine Klobrille hatte einen Riss, die Duschhalterung war abgebrochen, die Schiebetür zum Bad hat geklebt und eigentlich wollte man nichts anfassen. Wir haben auch nicht im Mobilheim geduscht, beim ersten mal wurde der Boden in der Dusche so glibbrig dass wir fast ausgerutscht sind und an den Seiten hing schon der Schmodder drin. Überall an den Wänden hingen noch erschlagene zerdatschte Schnaken - sowas sollte dem Putztrupp bei der Endreinigung auffallen, welche jeder Gast zahlen muss. Das Mobilheim war aus 2017 aber leider extrem versifft und ungepflegt. In den Mobilheimen neben uns (selber Anbieter) war mal der Putztrupp und hat für jedes Mobilheim nur knapp 30min gebraucht... bei den anderen Anbietern wurde gute 2 Stunden geschrubbt und das hat man auch gesehen. Diesen Anbieter würden wir nicht mehr buchen. Auf den Bilden sah das Mobilheim wirklich wunderschön aus, aber diese Bilder sind vermutlich schon sehr alt, mittlerweile entspricht der Zustand nicht mehr den Fotos. Wir hatten bei der Abreise leider vergessen den Schlüssel abzugeben und haben ihn mit der Post an den Anbieter zurück geschickt. Ein paar Wochen später hat mich der Anbieter deswegen per SMS angeschrieben und mich direkt noch für meine Bewertung in booking beleidigt.

Nachbarn zu laut. Gar kein Meerblick, da in den vorderen Reihen Glamping zelte gebaut wurden. Herdknöpfe waren kaputt und konnten erst am nächsten Tag ersetzt werden. Das Mobilhome hing an einem Eck nach unten so dass man im Bad auf dem Klo in Schräglage saß. Die Stühle im Essbereich innen unbequem und dünnes Plastik. Keine zugewiesenen Parkplätze. Im Badbereich kein Fliegengitter. Auf den Schränken oder unter dem Bett wurde länger nicht gereinigt.

Die gesamte Camping Anlage ist alt und viel zu groß. Wir fahren definitiv nie wieder an diese Anlage.

Die Unterkunft war ok. Die Terrasse war groß.

Die Toilette war defekt und es musste 3x jemand kommen, heißt ich musste die ersten 5 Tage täglich mit dem Betreiber schreiben. Der Kühlschrank ist nicht gut. Die Terrasse hatte bei den Treppen kaputte Bretter was zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen könnte. Die Bilder beim buchen waren komplett anders als die Hütte die wir bekommen haben. Auf den Fotos sah es luxuriös aus. Preis Leistung passt hier nicht zusammen.

Sie war sauber und nah am Strand

Leider wurde nicht auf die liegen am Pool geachtet. Morgens um 9 Uhr wurden alle Liegen von den Gästen mit Handtüchern ausgestattet, die dann zum Teil erst am Nachmittag zum Pool kamen. Das ist sehr schade

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Auch wenn viele Leute am Strand wahren hatte man immer genug Platz. Das Angebot an Restaurants , Bars und Shops ist sehr vielfältig . Sehr Hundefreundlich!! Bar mit Livemusik

Das in manchen Shops sind die Preise wirklich unverschämt teuer sind, man muss schon etwas aufpassen wo man einkauft. Parkplatz am Haus sehr sehr eng. Wir hatten Meerblick gebucht ,leider war unser Ausblick nur die Wand vom Nachbarn Mobelhome und die Terrasse des zweiten Nachbarns. Kein kleiner Garten wie auf den Biidern. Wir mussten vor Ort nochmal Endreinigung und Ortstaxe dazu zahlen. Diese 86 € waren bei der Reservierung nicht ersichtlich

Das Mobilheim direkt mit Meerblick und die Ausstattung top. Hundestrand Nähe und man merkt das Hunde herzlich willkommen sind.

Cocktailbar am Hundestrand , Ausicht und Lage Top aber Bedienung ein Nicht genügend weil wir 45 Minuten warten mussten bis mal jemand fragte was wir trinken wollen.

Super für Familien. Wir mussten nach 15 Stunden Autofahrten erst suchen wo wir einchecken können. Das könnte etwas besser geregelt werden. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache hat es dann doch geklappt. Alles sauber und richtig schön. Meer zum Greifen nah.

Mobile Home Park Riviera 5 Sterne! Land und Leute, einfach schön - aber nicht ganz günstig!

Wir haben das Challet über "Mobile Home Park Rieviera" (Erica Turizam) gebucht. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Das Personal war kompetent. Das gebuchte Challet war so wie beschrieben. Meerblick, Ausstattung, Parkplatz, etc.. Im Park selber gab es viele Attraktionen. Das Meer war mega. Wir haben nur freundliche und zuvorkommende Kroaten angetroffen.

Der Preis vom Challet war ausgeschrieben, dem Markt und der Jahreszeit angepasst - also OK! Die Attraktionen im Park müssen alle separat gebucht und teuer bezahlt werden. (Benutzung vom Meer ist kostenlos). Die Preise im Supermarkt außerhalb vom Park sind schon höher als in Deutschland. Die Preise im Park-Supermarkt sind frech! Bootstouren, Cart, Klettern, Paintball, Quadtouren etc. haben es in sich - immer genau hinschauen.

Kényelmes ház, közel a tengerhez abszolút családbarát, az ágy nagyon kényelmes.

A kültéri bútorokhoz nem volt párna, alig volt fény a teraszon este, nem volt lehetőség grillezni a teraszon (ez nincs is feltüntetve a felszerelésben(!!!), de javaslom megfontolásra, mint alap felszerelés az elektromos grillt ) + egy hajszárítót is javasolnék a ház alapfelszerelései közé. Bár kutyabarát szálláshelyként van feltüntetve, a kutyás strand nem mondható kutyabarátnak, nem volt kialakított rész, hogy bemehessenek úszni a kutyák, csak a köves sziklás strand. Nem volt nyírva a fű, bogáncsos volt. A ház előtt gyorsan mentek az autók, a rollerek - kempingen belül, mégis - elég gyorsan, ahhoz, hogy ne legyünk nyugodtak afelől, hogy a kutyának nem eshet baja, ha épp a ház körül szimatolna - jól nevelt nem ment le a teraszról, de nem éreztem biztonságosnak.
