About this house rental
It is a renovated summer house in an idyllic location in the small village of Dajla in the western part of the Istrian peninsula, 2 km from Novigrad.
The house is in the third row by the sea and is a bit higher, so that you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea from the approx. 40m² large, partly covered and west-facing terrace.
A bright living area with a sea view invites you to linger and is equipped with a TV and satellite. The house has a well-equipped kitchen (with oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, espresso machine, toaster, kettle), a modern bathroom, three bedrooms decorated in light tones (one double and two single), ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen , which provide pleasant coolness on hot days, as well as a closed parking lot for two cars.
A staircase leads to the lower-lying, lovingly laid out approx. 100m² garden, in which there is a sun terrace with sun loungers, a green oasis with shady pine trees and romantic white hydrangeas, which delight with their delicate flowers from June to early September. On the garden level there is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and iron and a spacious second shower.
The pebble and rocky beach washed by crystal clear water can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Small restaurants can be found in the neighboring towns in a rural area, sometimes between olive groves and grapevines. An ideal place for an unforgettable family vacation or relaxing vacation for two.
A little gem in both high and low season, with fragrant jasmine and oleander flowers that begin to bloom in late spring and the pleasant tranquility that, with a little luck, you can enjoy well into October if you can Beach almost to itself.

The house in Dajla is really nicely decorated with all amenities available! The surroundings are also beautiful and the beach close by. There are several nice restaurants close by as well as a bakery and a small super market. Communication with the owner was very pleasant and helpful.
The only suggestions i would give is having an airconditioning available in the house. Because of the high temperatures (and not a lot of wind) the house was very hot and the ventilators were not enougt to cool the house.

Lovely little house, suits a small family or 4 friends. Tastefully furnished, nice terrace and just a couple of minutes walk to the water. Great beach bar for coffees or a drink 5 minutes walk.

Wer auch bei seiner Urlaubsunterkunft ein wahres Zuhause sucht, ist hier genau richtig!
Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in Alex' äußerst stilvoll-modern eingerichteten Haus verbracht, die ruhige Umgebung und die Nähe zum Wasser waren ein zusätzlicher Bonus. Nach unseren Ausflügen haben wir uns immer gefreut, ins Haus zurückzukehren.
Alex selber haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, dennoch waren Check-in und Korrespondenz mit ihm problemlos und zügig.
Wer empfindlich auf Moskitos reagiert, von denen es in diesem Sommer wirklich reichlich gab, sollte evtl. zusätzlich zu den im Haus vorhandenen Mückensteckern/Elektroverdampfern vorsorgen.
Von uns eine klare Buchungsempfehlung, 5 Sterne!

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen komplett übertroffen. Großzügig, detailverliebt, top ausgestattet.
In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer und dennoch in absoluter Privatsphäre konnten wir den Urlaub vollkommen entspannt genießen.
Ein kleiner Ort mit Charme, Abgeschiedenheit, wunderschöner Landschaft und wenig Tourismus.
Wer Ruhe und Stille mag, fühlt sich hier wohl.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
