Place was simply amazing and perfect. I did not expect that it will be so great. Location is great - around 700metres from promenade. Carrefour is very close (500m). You can take tram from the airport (1.5 euro) and tram stop is located 10 minutes from the apartment. You do not need to use taxi which is great :) Appartement was very clean, it has amazing balcony with beautiful view for the garden. We loved the garden - it is big, has lots of plants, coffee on this balcony was pure pleasure. Kitchen is fully equipped with the most important things. We were travelling with our 1 year old son - he loved this place as well. Neighborhood is very safe, neighbours are so kind. And the most important: Claudia (the owner) is very helfpul, kind and so nice! Honestly, we would love to come back in the future.

Excellent hosts, the best I have ever had. Convenient appartment with AC, dishwasher and washing machine. Not too far from tramway. 12 minutes walking to the « promenades des Anglais » and to the beach makes it worth it. Excellent value for the price.

It takes walking up/down the hill for more than 10 minutes to get to a grocery store. It is hard for drivers to find the house on the map and to get there.

The apartment is excellent. It is perfect for a family. It is clean. Has smart TV. The location is perfect, it is very near to the beach just 10 minutes walk. Has market very near and the tram station is near. In the apartment, you have everything you may need during the vacation, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, iron and ironing table, and even sun umbrella. The owners are very kind they helped us solve a car problem that we had. Parking place in a secured garage is very good for those traveling with car. The terrace is with a nice view to the garden, very quiet and picefull. We loved staying here.
