About this apartment rental
Charming 3rd with two bedrooms. One with two single beds and one double. 2 large bathrooms and modern living room and kitchen with all the accessories required. Terrace 55 sqm with lounge furniture and the breakfast table. Iron with ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Also dining table in the living room. TV, DVD, iPod station etc.

Lorcrimar Marbella is 15 minutes walking distance from Puerto Banus harbor. Surrounded by various golf courses and tennis courts. Very beautiful area and family friendly. Wonderful nature and beautiful mountains around. Is much to do as golf, tennis, fishing, hiking, biking or get to Several wonderful beaches located nearby. Shopping Center La Canada is 10min drive, as well as Marbella. Sun all day (south facing). Every evening a beautiful sunset. Close to grocery stores and restaurants and marina or Puerto Banus. Family friendly. Self parking

We have just returned from Ernad's apartment after a fantastic stay. The pictures do not do it justice! The terrace is amazing and gets the sun all afternoon into the evening with amazing sunsets.
The apartment would be plenty big enough for four with a decent sized lounge and dining area that we never used as the weather was so good we spent all our time on the terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy some nice home cooked meals.
The complex, pool and surrounding gardens are very well maintained and were very quiet during our stay. There are no loungers at the pool but there are 3 chairs you can take down to use. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the beach using the foot bridge and about 15 minutes into the Puerto Banus.
If you want to go a bit further the bus stop on the main road about 2minute walk will get you into Marbella for just over a Euro!
All in all a great apartment and owner thanks again Ernad for letting us stay in your home from home!

We just came back from our holiday in Puerto Banus, and we had a lovely experience. The flat was great, very cosy, very well equipped, we felt as if we were at home. Sue, the person who received us, was lovely, very helpful and friendly. I even got a text message from the owner of the flat wishing us a good holiday and giving us some tips about the area, I thought that was very nice. The whole area in Costa del sol is lovely. There is so much to do!! I highly recommend a trip to Gibraltar and Ronda. And the car hire was so cheap we couldn't believe!! And made such a difference!! Food at supermarket was mega cheap too. And great quality!! The lorcrimar IV complex is very well maintained, very clean and very quiet. The only down point is you can't have any inflatable toys or balls in the pool, which was a bit hard to explain to a 5 and 7 years old. And maybe some sun loungers would be a great addition (there are a few chairs in the flat you can bring to the pool though). Over all we had a fantastic holiday and we highly recommend this place.
