In a peaceful and calm environment but only 2 min walk from the Center Plaza with mini-market, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, café terraces, Casino de Marbella, Hotels ... and 10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach and the famous Puerto Banus.
Located on the ground floor, the brand new apartment has a large terrace (50 m2) with one side, an outdoor lounge and a coffee table and on the other side, chairs and a table dining room overlooking a small garden.
The entrance leads to a living room with a modern dining side and a living room which opens onto the terrace and has a large new leather sofa with a new HD curved TV, more than 150 satellite channels, a new bose sound system and has high speed internet and free wifi.
The terrace includes on one side an outdoor sofa with a coffee table and on the other side, chairs with a dining table.
The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine ...
The guest bedroom has 2 new single beds and large closets with a nearby marble bathroom with toilet, sink and power shower and heated floor.
The master bedroom overlooks the terrace and has a new King bed, a dressing room with large closets and a marble bathroom with whirlpool bath, toilet, bidet, 2 sinks.
The accommodation has a reserved parking space in a private and secure underground garage, with an elevator which leads directly to the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at Ahmed’s place in Puerto Banús. The apartment was very comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed, and the entire complex was quiet during our early November visit. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept great throughout our stay.Ahmed was an exceptional host—super responsive, very friendly, and quick to answer any questions we had, especially during check-in. Check-in and check-out were handled by someone who doesn’t speak English, so the initial orientation wasn’t very helpful, and while she wasn’t rude, she also wasn’t particularly friendly. Still, everything was straightforward enough once we settled in.The location is excellent. It’s close to supermarkets and restaurants, and only about a 10-minute walk downhill to Puerto Banús. The parking space is large and incredibly convenient—right near the apartment. The 24-hour security team was also very friendly, though there were a couple of times when the guard wasn’t at the desk, so definitely remember to take your gate key with you.The only real drawback was being given just one set of keys. This made things a bit tricky when we wanted to go out separately. It’s also clear that Ahmed has made upgrades based on previous reviews—the patio furniture was lovely, and the kitchen appliances looked almost new.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

It's an excellent property to stay at, our host Ahmed was easy to communicate with, gave us great instruction on our arrival and check in. he also check in on us on how we were enjoying our stay, he took care of any issues or needs we had in a very prompt and professional manner. The location is excellent, it's has 24 hours security, covenant easy underground parking right next to the door leading up to the property's front door, large swimming pool, well keep ground and friendly and professional staff. It located about 40 minutes from the Malaga Airport, there is a toll road located between the airport and property but is easy to use, I use mostly the credit card lane. The property is quite and the location to allows a short walk to the Puerto Banus Marina with may shops and restaurants along the way (a drink at the Sinatra Bar is a great people watching location, but its cash only) there is a large department store and grocery store also located near the marina. On Saturday there is a large market that is near it's a great place to buy everything from fruits and vegetables, handbags, cloths and souvenirs, but if you're leaving the property by car, it can a little difficult because some of the streets are close and very congested. It you are golfer there are many golf course located in a short drive from the property, one has a great restaurant above it with some of the best views of the sea (Magna Cafe Marbella, and Magna Marbella Golf 9 hole course with a driving range).

The Apartment is very nice. The urbanization is in a great location within easy walking distance of Puerto Banus. The complex itself is very nicely manicured. The pool area is really nice with a safe pool with a maximum depth of 1.5 meters. The urbanization is also very quiet with no rowdy people causing disturbances at night! I highly recommend that you consider this lovely place.

The apartment is beautiful and finished to a high standard. It is located in a very nice Urbanisation and the pool area is heavenly.
Shops and restaurants are within a short five minute walk and Puerto Banus is less than 15 mins which allowed us to holiday without a car.
Communication with the owner, Ahmed, was brilliant, as was his local representative, Manuela. He kindly facilitated us with a late night arrival and evening departure. Thank you for this Ahmed. We will definitely consider staying here again.
