Place by the river

Wonderful host and a relaxing swimming pool. Great location if you want to visit Vence, Saint Paul de Vence etc Big apartment, nice garden. Very close to a lovely river.

The place is next to a busy road so sometimes it can be noisy.

Nice apartment suitable for a long stay in the middle of the woods

very nice territory with a garden and a pool area, the apartment was equipped with everything one may need for a long stay, friendly and flexible host

it wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived and there is a rather busy road right in from of the hotel, depending on your assigned apartment you may hear the noise of it, the bed was 140 cm which is way too small for 2 people

Very very basic - would not recommend

It felt barely clean-ish, actually more towards unclean. It’s very very basic. Tablecloth and kitchen rag were dirty, dirty mop in the shower that was necessary to remove excess water. The bed is tiny and uncomfortable. Not sure the sheets were cleaned very well. Very very little effort was put in to rent out the place. We stayed only for a night but even that is not recommendable.

Exceptional

We felt really good, almost at home here. The apartment is cosy and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. We cooked our own meals in the kitchen and ate them outside on the terrace. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool although the September weather was quite cool. Overall a great experience.

C'est la propriétaire qui nous a reçus, très accueillante. Le logement est calme, nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit, il y avait des dosettes à disposition pour la machine à café

Le logement est éloigné du centre, impossible de se rentre à pied au coeur de la ville, c'est dangereux, il n'y a pas de trottoir. Il faut prendre une voiture

Bon acceuil, bon appartement, pluie dérangeante

Acceuil chaleureux, logement bien refait et préchauffé (novembre) par la concierge. Parking clos même pour une camionette. Pas de bruit de la route.

La nuit il pleuvait à fond et il y avait un bruit par des goûttes qui tombaient (accoustiquement, pas visible) sans doute du toit endommagé sur le plafond à côté de la fenêtre. Cela était très fort et m´empêchait de dormir pendant des heures. Mon collègue dans l´appartement voisin (entrée à gauche) dormait par contre très bien. Dommage, car sans la pluie ou si j´avais pris l´appartement de l´autre côté l´appartement aurait mérité un 9/10.

Posizione ottima appena fuori Nizza. Posto tranquillo e rilassante. La proprietaria molto gentile e dispoibile. Appartamento pulito e comodo.

Purtroppo, nonstante l'appartamento (ed eventualmente anche la piscina) sia raggiungibile senza barriere architettoniche, il bagno non è fruibile ad una persona in carrozzina. Anche se la doccia è filo pavimento non è provvista di maniglioni e sgabello. Nemmeno il water ha il maniglione. Il lavandino è troppo alto e sotto vi è un mobile che impedisce di avvicinarsi con la corrozzina. Per fortuna ci siamo fermati solo una notte.
