El lugar tiene mucho a su favor: ubicación tranquila, parking, piscina, buena intimidad y unos anfitriones muy atentos. El potencial está claro.
Sin embargo, el estado interior no acompaña al precio. La limpieza no fue profunda: encontramos polvo, telarañas, rejillas de baño y suelos sucios. El mobiliario también está envejecido —sofá, televisión, menaje— y pediría una actualización.
Es un espacio que podría ser excelente con más cuidado en mantenimiento e inversión en renovación. Por lo que se paga, esperábamos más rigor en limpieza y equipamiento.

Nous avons été très bien acceuilli par la propirétaire. Appartement propre, grande salle de bain , cuisine bien agencé .
Le + la clim et la piscine.
Grand jardin ,terasse avec de magnifiques arbres à agrumes odorants Nous sommes allées mangés à 5 mn à pied au restaurant la Pinede.
L'appartement est à coté de la route , le bruit des voitures pourront génés certains.
