Avoid until they invest in some decent bedding and a new mattress.

Clean and the owner was always available

Worst bed and bedding I’ve ever slept on. Duvet and pillows stunk and the bed was awful. Gave me terrible back pains. Really bad.

Comfortable, clean room with good facilities

Room was immaculately clean and well furnished. There was a swimming pool available which we didn’t use due to timing.

It was a little difficult to find- detailed directions would be helpful. During the evening there was a lot of building noise from upstairs.

Pleasant enough, tranquil location. Owners keep themselves to themselves but you know they are there.

It was modern, pleasantly decorated, in a tranquil location.

It listed a washing machine available but there wasn’t one, however when I asked about it the owner took a load of my washing and returned it washed and dried. Swimming pool is tiny and isn’t really there for the guests- it is in the owners garden and you feel intruding if you go there as they are either having their meal or working on business calls in their garden so I couldn’t really enjoy it.

A clean and comfortable stay with some unique features

The apartment was located on the outskirts, which made it peaceful but still very convenient with lots of restaurants and eating places nearby. Everything was spotless and well kept. The room had great amenities, including air conditioning and even a projector for watching movies, which was a fun touch. Also there’s a pool with a stunning mountain view that really made the stay memorable.

One thing to note is that the bathroom is connected directly to the bedroom without any walls, which felt a bit unusual. But it's not a problem, if you travel alone or if you are very close with your partner.

Nice clean new accommodation with lovely views across the countryside.

there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming from the air conditioning unit in our room. for a self catering apartment there needs to be more kitchen ware such as more than one saucepan, oven dish etc. ideally you need a car or you can use the 650 bus

Unexpected to stay in a toilet and bathroom hotel

There a pool, and it is next to Nice.

The room without separation the toiletbathroom and bed room. It was like we slept in the toilet room. Otherwise, the size of the room seem small than expected. And it don't indicate or show in the picture of their publicity, if there are a door and wall to separate the toilet and bedroom There are alot of noise, no soundproof as the next room next to us have the baby. The door couldn't lock from the outside while it look modern but it doesn't work at all. The location is not well indicated in the map, we spend so much time to find it.

Beautiful, comfy, amazing view

This villa is located in a calm area close to the perfume capital Grasse and the picturesque small mediterranean town Valbonne. Don’t miss out on the local backeries and the stylish beaches of Golfe Juan. In this villa, there are three apartments of different sizes. Our apartment had an amazing bohemian interior, a very comfy bed, a spacious modern bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. We loved the breathtaking view from the bed, pool and our own terrace. Last but not least, we had the friendliest and very caring host, Thibaut. We’d love to spend another week at this wonderful place with this sweet family.

Me and a friend stayed for a weekend in one of the rooms of the villa, spacious and clean rooms with area terrace,host always available and very friendly, plus there is a swimming pool located in the heart of nature, I will come back for sure 100% recommended

Horror!

Die Leinwand im Schlafzimmer. Allgemein sehr modern eingerichtet abgesehen von der Couch. Der Gastgeber war freundlich.

Der Pool war leer, obwohl online steht das er ganzjährig geöffnet hat. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner haben ebenso gefehlt. Schallisoliert war die Wohnung ebenfalls nicht. Leider wurde auch noch nach 22 Uhr rumgetrampelt. Die Privatparkplätze waren die Straße am unteren Ende der Ferienunterkunft. Nachdem mehrmals der Strom ausgefallen war wurden wir bei 6 Grad aussentemperatur gebeten die Heizung auszuschalten. Es wurde nicht viel Strom verwendet und nichtmal das hat die Stromleitung geschafft.... Schrecklich! Da die Tür auch nur durch einen Passwortgeschützten Rolladen verschlossen wird kann man froh sein wenn es nicht brennt und der Strom ausfällt, da man dann den Rolladen nicht mehr hoch machen kann (wurde bei Stromausfall ausprobiert). Wer Suppe oder ähnliches Essen möchte sollte sich tiefe Teller mitbringen da ausschließlich große Teller zum essen da waren. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

Très agréable, c'est une invitation à revenir.

L'appartement Eva est spacieux et superbement agencé, avec une domotique high tech. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable et très calme. L'hôte est très sympathique et très réactif. Je recommande fortement.

Il manque une petite table haute pour manger à l'intérieur ( pendant la saison d'hiver).

L'appartement chloe est mal insonorisé on entends les conversations du proprio , cafetiere hs car entartré , bruit de refoulement dans les tuyauterie EU. Chaines télé tnt introuvable ou je suis nul . Equipement de cuisine minimaliste. En periode automnale pas pu tester la piscine. Endroit calme et literie de qualité.

הדירה קלה למציאה, הסבר ברור ומפורט נשלח אלינו לפניי. מיטה גדולה ונהדרת, שנת הלילה הייתה טובה מאוד! גישה חופשית לבריכה עם נוף מדהים. מקרן ומסך- חוויה כיפית ביותר :)

המיטה והשירותים והמקלחת- בחלל אחד- ידענו זאת מראש מהתמונות אך בפועל זה פחות נוח ואין כלל פרטיות בשירותים בטיול זוגי :) חסר מגב, המים מהמקלחת מרטיבים את כל החלל. הייתה מכונת קפה אך לא היה ברור האם נוכל להשתמש בה כיוון שהיה על השולחן תפריט עם מחירים. הדלת היא חלון המרפסת, לעיתים עברו שם אנשים ולא הייתה פרטיות.

Stanza molto accogliente, spaziosa e con grande proiettore per i film. Cucina molto comoda. La piscina è un plus con un’ottima vista. Personale molto gentile e cordiale.

Il copri piumone del divano era sporco e non aveva un buon odore. Anche la piscina era un po’ sporca con dei capelli che galleggiavano dentro.

Indépendance de l’appartement, toutefois il est accessible par des escaliers, attention donc pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Très bon accueil sympathique.

Un soin particulier apporté au repassage des taies d’oreiller serait un plus, et les équipements extérieurs seraient à améliorer. Le lieu est un difficile à trouver. L’isolation phonique n’est pas optimale.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir für eine entspannte Nacht als Familie brauchten. Besonders begeistert waren unsere Kinder von dem Video-Beamer-System ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage ist ruhig mit einer schönen Umgebung und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
