Wonderful lake view apartment in a central position of Sarnico (about 30 Km far from Bergamo). Composed of living room with sofa bed, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, bathroom and garage inside the property. The large terrace is accessible from both the living room and bedroom has a wonderful view of the lake! .
Top floor of the 'Centre Condominium', accessible directly from the lakefront, with elevator.
Fully furnished and equipped. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

Position of apartment: The apartment is situated along the lake Sarnico, allowing a nice walk with the possibility of stopping at many bars overlooking the lake and ice cream parlors. At 150 meters away from the nearest supermarket. On the ground floor of the apartment building bars, shops, pizza takeaway and piadineria. Beside golf mini-golf. At about 300 m children's playground. Historic center 200 m, with shops and restaurants. Public beach (Lido Neptune) to a Km away, with playground. Bus stop within walking distance.
The excellent central position therefore allows to move easily on foot or by bicycle, while peace is guaranteed by the fact that the top floor and terminal.
Lake Iseo: Lake Iseo is a tourist destination of great interest. Placed between the Po Valley and the Alps, stretching between the provinces of Brescia and Bergamo, delimiting the border. Also it called Sebino, home to the largest lake island in Europe, Monte Isola, crowned in the north and south by two private islands Loreto and San Paolo.
The perimeter is about 60 km, by car or bicycle. The lake offers excellent opportunities to visit, both naturalistic environments with beautiful landscapes and curious, both with numerous historical and artistic sites of cultural interest. The major findings, represented by Mount Bronzone (1334 m), in the Bergamo area and Mount Wilhelm (1949 m) in the Brescia area, are excellent destinations for excursions and provide a panoramic balcony overlooking the lake and the area of Franciacorta.
