About this house rental
Finca El Sueño is an original and high quality country house. It is located about 2.5 km southwest of Santanyi, one of the most beautiful areas in the southeast of the island of Mallorca.
The atmosphere is unique, your stay will be an unforgettable experience.
The house has four large bedrooms each with direct access to the bathroom area. There are two rooms upstairs in the main house and two rooms in the adjoining building connected to the main building.
There is a spacious kitchen (fully equipped), a large dining area and a large living room with TV and stereo. Cable TV and Wifi are freely available.
Immediately at the house there is a spacious barbeque area, with direct access to the kitchen.
On the way to the pool you can admire the excellently landscaped garden. At the pool itself is a small kitchen and enough space for "sun seekers". There is also a large awning, which can be extended for protection from the sun.
In front of the main entrance to the finca, but in the fenced property area, there are enough parking spaces.
The Finca El Sueño is a unique experience and guarantees you a relaxing holiday.
Santanyi is an ideal starting point to explore the south and east of Mallorca and the interior of the island. In recent years, many artists, craftspeople and designers have settled in Santanyi, so that even shopping enthusiasts will find it easily. You can stop looking all over the island for a place to stay. I have no doubt there is no better value than this Finca. Plenty of space, clean, gorgeous pool and pool deck, sizable bathrooms and storage in every bedroom. Look no further. You found it. Thanks Marta!

We had a nice relaxing stay at the finca for 5 days. The house is beautiful inside and out. We liked that the house is located in a quiet, peaceful area yet close to many of the beautiful calas and quaint towns. We expecially enjoyed the many outdoor areas to hang out and the pool. Some things that would have made our stay even more enjoyable would be wash cloths in bathrooms, hot water in showers (only lukewarm water for showers other than master bath), and access to tv streaming services in the main living room. Removing our own trash at end of stay was cumbersome and unusual as we had to haul trash in our car for disposal in town 10 minutes away. As we always do when renting vacation properties, we left the finca spotless prior to our departure.

Ein tolles schönes Haus... Leider war in den ertsen 8 tagen an 5 Tagen das Wasser kalt - Duschen kaum / nicht möglich ... im gesamten Haus... Immer kam der Heizungsmonteur und immer gab es neue Probleme mit der Warmwasseraufbereitung... Zum Glück wurde uns ein Hauswechsel angeboten... Aber eine Geldrückerstattung für die kalten WASSERTAGE gab es bis jetzt nicht -trotz E-mail-Korrespondenz... Das ist vom Vermieter (Treuhand-Büro) mit Sitz in der Schweiz wirklich nicht nett...
