About this house rental
Our villa, built and completed in 2013, is located in a quiet little side street. It is a perfect mix of Mallorcan country house style on the outside and modern ambience on the inside. With 340 square meters of living space, it is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
On the ground floor there is an open fitted kitchen next to the living and dining area, which leaves nothing to be desired. Coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, 1 refrigerator, 1 further fridge / freezer and some more.
In addition there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 sep. Guest toilet and a storage room.
Outside there is a sun terrace right by the pool with 4 sun loungers, as well as a covered terrace with a large dining table, armchairs and a brick BBQ grill. The garden is filled with lawn and beautiful old olive trees.
On the 1st floor there are 2 further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a large terrace with sun loungers and a wonderful view of the sea.
At the top there is also a completely invisible roof terrace for private sunbathing.
The central air conditioning system, which can be controlled separately for each room, is particularly beneficial in the summer months. You can find more information on the Internet: blue-lagoon (dot) info
Of course, there is also a new, modern washing machine and dryer in the basement.
It is particularly worth mentioning that the house is also ideal for the autumn and winter months, since it has underfloor heating in all rooms.
There is also a WLAN router that connects to the Internet via an antenna. Unfortunately there is no better technical possibility for WLAN in Cala Llombards. For urgent matters, we recommend switching to "Mobile Data 3G".

Big villa, perfect for a big family (we were 7 adults). Very close to a beach with all amenities, there are stairs to get to the cliffs and a short walk further down is the sandy part, although we hanged out by the pool more :) The property manager Angeline was responsive and helpful ahead and throughout our stay.Keep in mind, it is a little far from stores and restaurants, which is not an issue if you have a car.

The air con and hot water wasnt working for first 3 days, agents were very responsive and sorted it out, however it was still 3 days which were pretty challenging with the heat.
The villa itself is lovely, good position above cala llombards bay (which is stunning). Unfortunately as you would expect the bay is stunning which means its very busy, the street can be busy as well with tourists parking and looking for the bay.
Ants were a bit of challenge with any crumbs, work surfaces etc which meant constant mopping/hoovering. Emptying bins daily is a bit of a phaff but ok once you get used to it.
