Staffs are very polite and helpful although we dont get lots of option in food menu which can be understood as lots of hotels have changed their operations with limited menu now but the food was good and had good portion too.
Since allepey is a tourist destination lots of people move their for leisure trip so i would suggest the property to add some paid channel in their television as its get boring after coming back to room and watch those some free channels full of ad .rest all was good

The food rates were reasonable and some items were decent.
The whole property looks like it needs some repair, especially washrooms.

Location was good, inside the city , near by boating area.
Need more maintenance. Wardrobe, bathroom looks old and rusty.bathroom exhaust is bad. Wash towel looks dirty and bad.
Overall for the price it's not as expected.
