Hotel Florjančkov Hram

Wonderful hotel with lovely staff! Nice outdoor space, room clean and spacious. Breakfast was great - made to order eggs and lots of other options. Parking available.

Η διαμονή ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ενώ οι εγκαταστάσεις ανταποκρίνονταν απόλυτα στις φωτογραφίες και την περιγραφή της πλατφόρμας. Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος !!!!

This is our second time in the hotel. It is a very cozy hotel with spacious rooms and easy parking. Very clean and every tiny detail is taken care of. Very welcoming staff and excellent homemade breakfast.

The public bus stops very near to the hotel.

It was not indicated during booking that the room will be on the ground floor and the "view" will be on the parking lot. That means we could not be with natural light (curtains open) during the day because we did not want that anybody from the parking lot look into the room and we could not sleep with open window during the summer heat. All of this could be avoided if another room category was defined to show a room category on the ground floor and then we could have decided accordingly whether to choose this hotel. Poor service: actually service almost non-existing in this hotel, staff is not present after noon, so you cannot turn to anybody if you have any issue. Not even a vending machine is present in the entrance area, although it is usual even in cheaper hostels. So if you arrive on a Sunday or public holiday when everything is closed around then your only option is to drink warm beer from the not-working minifridge in the room. Poor maintenance and design: the refrigerator did not cool because it is locked in a cabinet so it cannot transfer the heat and it cannot operate properly. Many things around the room are loose, worn-out and would need just an easy fix (e.g. bathroom tap, toilet paper holder, switch of the night lamp, a connector next to the elevator sticks out of the wall, etc). The air in the corridor (in front of the rooms) were several times used and stinky and it took only to open the window. This shows a complete negligence towards the residents. What all that together this hotel offers a very low value for its price.
