    Staying in Seven Different Hotels in Croatia and Slovenia, this one is a nightmare!. Struggling to request for a change from a noisy room in front of busy street to a quieter one. Unfortunately given one that is insects infested!! Struggled to have it changed again! Staff gave an impression that you booked the cheapest room.. so... We booked a standard room not knowing we need to go through all these issues. Honestly worse experience in all the Holiday Inn Hotel I have stayed all these years. Must avoid this hotel especially those facing the street. Feel like it a a room for Revenue and not for Comfort.

    Great hote, room is clean & toilet decent size. Breakfast is great. Ample free carpark lots if you are driving. Convenient to take a bus to town, just a few minutes ride as you cannot drive into the town.

    Pros: breakfast is included in your room stay, staff are friendly, reception staffed 24 hrs, rooms are spacious, free safe parking, it’s your typical holiday Inn express good service. Cons: can get noisy if your room is facing the street. Typical of other 3star hotels Airconditioning is controlled by the hotel so in May still didn’t have cool air blowing in the room.

    Sedikit masalah saat saya mau check-out. Staff hotel bilang saya harus membayar harga kamar penuh, dan yang sebelumnya saya bayar hanya city tax. Saya bilang bahwa saya sudah membayar melalui Agoda dan sudah ditagihkan ke kartu kredit saya, namun staff itu tetap bilang bahwa saya belum bayar. Ketika saya tunjukan tagihan kamar hotel dari Agoda, baru dia menghubungi temannya utk meminta pendapat, dan setelah memeriksa komputer dipastikan bahwa kamar hotel memang sudah dibayar melalui Agoda. Saya cukup tersinggung oleh kejadian seperti itu, karena saya selalu membayar hotel saya melalui Agoda. Mestinya staff hotel lebih teliti dan professional, jangan sampai membuat tamu malu.
